If you have Wells Fargo RUN; they sent me a letter a few months back saying I owed them $3,600 due to a property tax issue. Mine you this was not my error and I was only in my current home for two months the previous year. Also when I make a mistake at work I'm responsible the customer is not but I've been trying to work with them. I have called them on the phone several times to have them explain to me what went wrong and they can't. I have called the 1(800) number and the Broken Arrow number. Still yet no explanation nor true answer. Please go to Churchill Mortgage if you are trying to get any type of mortgage. I pray that this mess with Wells Fargo will end soon or they can just come get "their" house.
My wife and I recently purchased our first home, with the assistance of Heath Collins and the midtown mortgage group. I could not have asked for a better Lender. Heath made the process seem so much easier than it probably was. If you are in the market for a home I would 100% recommend Heath and midtown mortgage. Wish I could have given them 10 stars!
The absolute worse bank there is. I opened an account on the 8th and a week later they already charging me for a statement that had no transactions and then charged me $25 to close it and still not one transaction! !! Pure garbage!
Let me just start off by saying that ALL of the employees at this particular branch are exceptional people, and their performance has been nothing less of outstanding. However, the upper, upper, management has been absolutely awful. And I say the upper, upper management as in THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY. Horrible. Just horrible. He treats his GOOD, HARD-WORKING AND RELIABLE employees like absolute dirt. HE does not deserve ANY of your busniness, whatsoever. As long as you bank with Stillwater, you are putting money in HIS pockets. Just don't. Take it from me. Take your money elsewhere, for the sake of those hard-working employees that he has, to put it lightly, screwed over. Have a lovely day.
They are horrible to work with! When you call and ask them a question, they will lie to you. We dealt with a lady who kept saying we were this many months behind on our mortgage, so whenever we caught it up, well when we thought we caught it up according to them, we thought we were good until the next payment date. Low and behold they called me and told me were still behind 1 payment, so when I asked to speak to the lady that told me were caught up, she denied telling me and my husband this. So we made that payment. Now we have a surplus in our escrow that we're owed of over $800. When I asked when we would recieve it, they told me the first 2 weeks of Feb. Still haven't seen it,so I called earlier and asked again and they told me the last 2 weeks of Feb. Like I said they lie...
I have been a loyal customer with the bank for eight years and have a mortgage account with this bank. I have noticed a steady decline in customer service since being bought by Central Bank. Today was the worst customer service experience ever. Looks like they will be losing a long standing customer.
terrible company needs to be closed for bad business practices. i was current on my mortgage (even tho it jumped from 959.00 to 1789.00) as of jan 2014, bought house in 2009, and was foreclosed on in march of 2014 sheriff sale was set for april 2014 and we filed chap 13 to keep the house. had some financial troubles and just got a notice today that we have 14 DAYS!!!!! to evict the house. I will do whatever i have to do to make these sorry SOB's know what it feels like to have to loose everything and try to pack up 2 toddlers 2 and 3 yrs old plus me and my wife... do not deal with these crooks they have made my life hell and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made going with these snakes.
One Of The WORST Banks in Oklahoma, Had 8 Accounts With them for Over 10-Years Than Ownership & management Changed The Are SO hard to deal with On So Many Levels Its unreal. We Closed all Accounts Business & Personal except 2 & they are Next. We were Not a Small Customer ether, we moved 5-Figures some months. so if they can't take care of the Big Boys Well good Luck Little Guy
After opening account I was told that once my direct deposit open they would apply 150 credit..after opening account..I was told i must have misunderstood they were sorry after explaining again what happen the asst. Manager was sarcastic and rude. I will be looking for another bank not because of not getting the credit but because of the way the asst. Manager handled the matter ...just rude and unprofessional
