This guy was extremely rude. Not very professional. Told me on Friday would call me on Monday to come out. I called him on Monday afternoon since I hadn’t heard from him, he said that he got very busy and would com out at 9 am on Tuesday. Called him at noon he said I will head to you right now. He called and acted like he couldn’t find my apartments and that I was the only one that could I asked if he had gps and he said yes but how is that going to help. He just acted like he didn’t want to do the job and the thing is it would have been an easy payday because I actually fixed it myself. My maintenance guys at my apartment confirmed it for me. For someone that is supposed to be in business this is no way to treat customers.

Sold them an refrigerator, sent them pics, they said ok on the price. I get down there and the guy i talked to on the phone isnt even there. they have me unload the refrigerator and some grown woman with braces says no, that guy said less than what he offered me and i can take it or leave it. Thats not the way you do business. I will never do bussiness with appliance factory. Also wouldn't recommend them
The Appliance doctor is a wonderful, family owned business. Best prices I could find. They can usually schedule same day appointments, and always do good work. And the repair men have always been kind and made me feel safe having them in my home!
Not only does Steve Price know his stuff when it comes to every aspect of HVAC systems, he responds quite rapidly to emergency needs, and absolutely refuses to over-price his services. He explains he would much rather have regular repeat business and good word of mouth than cash in on potential quick profits. It also doesn't hurt that he's a convivial, nice guy. I have no hesitation about this recommendation.

Very unprofessional staff from management down. I took out a 5 year warranty on my appliance and I am being treated like s&!# trying to get it serviced. It has been 11 days and nor has it been fixed or replaced. Now the service rep is just relaying messages to me through other associates and the manager is "needing" to call me back after insulting my purchase by saying my dryer has not been made in YEARS although I just purchased it 3 years ago from them. I purchased a 5 year warranty and now instead of treating customers the same way when making a purchase they treating me like crap. Hahn's are you buying old outdated junk merchandise hence the reason you can sell it at low prices????? I cant understand why your Sales Manager is insulting the merchandise you guys are selling. I tried to give them Zero stars but had to rate it at least a one.
It took a week for them to come out to my house, to look at my dryer. He said he would have to order a part and he would be back in 5-7 days. On day 7, I called the office and she said I would need to call the service tech. I called him and left a voicemail, day 8, left another voice mail and day 9, another voicemail. A call later that day (Sunday) David answered and said he could not order find a place to order the heating element. He said if I could find the part, he would put it in. I called Fisher & Paykel direct and they sent someone out the next day. If I could click zero stars, I would. They are lucky I gave them 1 star.

After 4 weeks of trying to get a service man to fix our dishwasher we are still getting the run around with these bastards. Don't even bother with this company We had to have a part delivered to them for service oh God. The part took 2 weeks to come in after waiting the 3 weeks for service mind you. The part came in on a Thursday the company supposedly called me and I had no missed calls or voicemails from them. I then called on Tuesday of the next week and they said that the part still wasn't in. After calling whirlpool directly they called me back stumbling over apologies and still said they couldn't have a tech out until Thursday!!!! That's a total of 6 weeks people 6 weeks!!!!
