MY MAIL LADY HAS RESORTED TO THROWING MY MAIL ON THE FRONT PORCH INSTEAD OF PUTTING IN MY MAIL BOX. WHY IS THIS ACCEPTABLE, THIS IS CRAP!!
Withheld mail, lost certified mail, racial tensions between staff & customers, not inclined to serve. Carriers don't attempt delivery of certified mail, just leave a card in mail box - repeatedly. Mail held is lost. Sarcastic, hostile supervisors who resent the public who "impose" on their personal agendas to actually perform services they're well-compensated for. Often no staff at front desk, but hear them in the back. Public is an intrusion. Staff can be dishonest, mouthy, abusive, with no consequences. The staff is always right, no matter how hateful and wrongly they treat the innocent public who thought this was a place of business, supposedly run by "professionals." AVOID THIS STATION AT ALL COSTS!
Probably the worst USPS branch in the USA, with mail delivered to wrong boxes, fraudulent records regarding leaving notices of packages. Totally incompetent. I would leave a minus five if I could.
