Had an emergency 5 days before payment was due, notify account management about the situation 5 days before the payment was due. Look to talk to the financial account manager for a deferment this month. Called 3 three times before the payment was due never spoke to manager. Called a day after the payment was due, I was told the manager will not speak to me and not provide a deferment. Filed a complaint with customer care, called the number they provided to me the next day, asked them “I don’t understand what is going on.” I was told “I don’t need to understand what was going on”. The next day the car was gone. Think Twice!!!!

I had a bank restriction on the 13th of March, which was 5 days before my payment was due with express credit auto. On the 13th of March I called express credit auto looking to speak with DJ the Financial Account Manager, looking to get a full deferment on payment. I was told he is not available and he will get back me at his earliest convenience. That week I called 3 times looking to speak with DJ, I received the same response and never got the call from DJ. Since my payment for March was due on the 18th which lands on a Sunday, I called express credit auto a day after my payment was due and from there I was told, DJ will not be taking my calls and I will not receive a deferment. I filed a complaint with their customer care department, I was told by email that I can contact them the next day. The next day I called the number that I was provided, hoping to get a resolution and that was not the case. The lady was rude on the phone, and tried to send me back to account management, I said to her I was told to call this number and you are sending back to account management I don’t understand what is going on, her response was “You do not need to know what is going on.” The next morning my car was gone.
Just got done with the first and last experience with service after the sale.What was scheduled to be 3 hours went 5 hours because they did not have the trade-in at the dealership. They lent it out to a customer before they had the title, before they paid off my loan, before any paperwork was completed, etc. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get the cattle guard moved from my trade-in truck to the new truck. It was scheduled on Thursday for the following Wednesday at 9AM. They didn't get the trade-in to the dealership until 11:30AM on Wednesday. Then, at 1:45PM, they said the cattle guard did not have the same mounts so it could not be transferred. No compensation was made for my time, the gas for the 5 hour round trip, or their incompetence. I do not recommend Bob Moore to anyone. I won't even go back for the detail that I am owed because they didn't have time to do it during delivery.Awful experience. Avoid Bob Moore Dodge Jeep Ram Chrysler!
The dealership was very helpful with all of my questions. And unlike other dealerships, They weren't pushy or aggressive.
They advertised a car for $4750 on their website , but when I requested financing , they changed the price to $8400 , Deceptive !!
Very awesome place to buy a car. The women really take care of you! The men were great too, but the girls really took an interest in you. Awesome cars and great people. Don't recommend often, but great place! Couldn't have been happier with my new car either.
Cars were amazing!! It was kind of hard to choose from, but Brittany took very good care of us. She looked at each car with us and showed us everything. We went on three test drives and actually had a fun time. It's strange to say we had a fun time buying a car, but at this place it's hard not too! Family owned and they took care of us like family. We absolutely loved this environment and definitely recommend!

Wouldn't let me have the car checked out by a mechanic. Definitely has something to hide. Played games with me.
