While I was in the market for a new ring the customer service was good. Unfortunately after the purchase their workmanship did not hold up and they will find any excuse possible not to honor their warranty. I felt very disrespected by the way I was treated. Sadly it seems a few extra dollars is more important than the value of a customer in today's age.

SORRY SERVICE & HIGH MARKUP. In my experiences this company has put its priority on the all mighty dollar over taking care of its customers. Moody’s company employee’s have ignored my calls, disregarded their responsibility for the situation, neglecting to truly try to help me, and failed to honor their warranty. I would highly recommend using someone else for your jewelry needs.
