Really great to work with! Explains what the issue is, why it needs to be fixed, and how to prevent it happening again. Very nice and I will definitely call them again!
Employee was extremely helpful. She tuned up our dyson vacuum and sold us a new Riccar vacuum. Would highly recommend!
We had the front wheel assembly break on our Hoover upright. Took it to the store where we were met by a smiling Charlie, son of Frank. He quickly inspected the Hoover and offered to order a new part or maybe he had a secondhand part could be found out back. We opted for the latter. A few minutes later Charlie was back with a used part in hand. He quickly fit it and charged us a fair price.Very pleased we went to Franks.
I bought a freezer and about 4 months later it went out. They brought me another freezer and 5 months later it went out. They sent someone to fix it but it didn't work. I called to tell what happen and someone was to call me back and never did. I will never use them again.
They are a rip off. After having their washer for 3 months it no longer works and they want to charge $95 to fix it wow.. I feel like a fool
I went to 2 discount stores to find a belt and bags for my sweeper. I bought my sweeper at Wal Mart, they didn't have what I needed. I called this store and they said they could order what I needed. Sure enough with 3 days a lady called me and said my bags and belts were in. Very nice lady helped me. I will definitely go back there next time I need anything. Great service!
We have used Shelton's on at least 3 occasions and they have always been courteous, showed up on time, the quality of work was great, and their prices were as expected. I found them easy and pleasant to deal with.
This place is near our house and I drive past it often, so when I needed a vacuum repair done, I decided to stop in and ask them about it. The woman that I dealt with (I assume to be the owner?) Was very rude with my husband and I. She acted as though she was too busy to deal with us even though we were the only customers in the shop. She was very sarcastic, and was annoyed that my husband was asking questions about how the repair was done. She just wanted us to give her our business, pay her, and don't waste any of her time. There are plenty of other local shops to use instead.
Recently had an issue with central vacuum system that was already in a house we had purchased. We called Pro Vac and they sent someone the next day and fixed it. They also took the time to check the entire system and show us how to take care of it. We were very pleased with their response time, work and fee.
Frank is probably the most knowledgeable person on vacuums. I know hes been in the business for a long time. If your looking for a good vacuum and one that is going to last, they see the other side of it, they repair there too. One important thing to look at before you buy, They do their own warranty in house.
