We were riding through town on our way to California and had bike problems. Called Brett and he came out to our hotel, on his day off, and took care of the problem. We were able to finish our ride and get home without any further problems. Highly recommend him. He knew exactly what the problem was and was able to get it fixed quickly.Lance HullBarberton OH

I was told because of my credit i needed 4 to 5 k down on a bike i wanted or co-signer now i have the 4k down and my credit score is up but the financial manager said i still need a co-signer with no attempt to get an approval, dis honest lies will never go back in unless he mskes it right and that will not happen
I actually purchased a motorcycle from one of the owners and I couldn't possibly be happier with the outcome. Garrett was great he performed a lot of maintenance on the bike to insure I'd have it in ideal condition. He also made sure to keep me posted all the time as to how it was coming. They're really great guys and Midtown Motorcycles is definitely where I'll be taking all my bikes for maintenance and repair in the future.
I took my bike wheels and tires I bought on line, FYI, they didn't have what I wanted in stock and I couldn't wait on them to get what I needed. So after enduring the hateful employee and seeing the owner let him treat me that way I will never go back there. This is consistent with the way I had been treated before. I guess I'm a slow learner. It won't happen again.
Do not go there, I was looking at the 110 Anniv. Road Glide they were $3000 over MSRP plus were going to give me $3000 less for mine that a another dealer quoted me!
Buying my bike back in January, I had a great experience. After the purchase I ran into issues. I paid for foot pegs that were lost and never installed on my bike. I ended up selling the bike soon after, I cancelled my extended warranty that I paid thousands of dollars for, the finance manager Dereck that I dealt with the entire time cancelled our warranty in June by today, September 5th I have not received my refund so I called. After him constantly assuring he does not remember canceling it and said he had no track of it I've obviously lost money since the warranty is prorated... I know who I dealt with everytime I walked in the door. Cameron in parts was a great guy to deal with and so was every other person that I dealt with until this moment when obviously dereck tried making me out that I had no idea what I was talking about, I clearly remember walking in, canceling it, he did the cancellation on Paper so I should of known it would be lost! And he said it would take 8-12 weeks to get the refund and here I am 8-12 weeks later being told there is no trace of me canceling my warranty!!! I am no a happy person because I have been patient with everything they've done for it to end up this way!
