DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIR NEEDS!I had a refrigerator stop working. The technician they sent out misdiagnosed the problem twice. By the FIFITH VISIT (two visits to diagnosis, two visits to install unnecessary parts), a second technician accompanied the first, a third possible problem was diagnosed…he seemed knowledgeable and ordered the right part, he hoped. After this ‘right part’ was identified, they CANCELLED ON US THREE TIMES for the install. First cancel, they didn’t have it when they said it was at their warehouse. Second cancel, the part arrived broken. Third cancel, they ordered the wrong part (this one they let me know after I waited to two-hour window for the tech to come out). At this point, my family has surpassed three weeks without a fridge, my husband had taken off work on three separate occasions to meet a technician. I called and spoke with their manager Tina, explained how upset I was, SHE BLAMED THE MANUFACTURER. Never apologized. At one point, blamed us for saying the freezer was broken. I’m the one who called them, never said our freezer was broken, just the fridge side. She refused to meet my requests to speak with an owner of the company, told me it was ‘never going to happen’ and hung up on me. I called back and explained she had no right to refuse my opportunity to talk with an owner of this ‘family owned’ small business…she said she would ‘pass a message along’. This is by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A SMALL BUSINESS IN MY LIFE. Things go wrong, I get that, but this company wasted my time and money and then hung me when I wanted to talk to someone in charge. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSSEL, HIRE ANY OTHER COMPANY!

Unfortunately Eddie ain't so fast. He makes you think he can do it all and his youtube channel may say so, but this has to be the worst service I've had from any business ever. I'd commissioned him to install a replacement part on an item which he said he broke and a week later said he had it repaired. After waiting for 4 months it's obvious Eddie has more important priorities than his customers because as on now it's still not delivered to my address. He even resorted to blaming me for his lack of time in getting the repaired item shipped. Still waiting Eddie...
absolutely the WORST I called about a noisy dishwasher. He said it was a sprayarm bushing. Did not have the part. Charged me $120 for service call & labor.Never came back. Called him about 6-7 times and he always had an excuse as towhy he couldn't come back and fix it. After about 2 plus weeks I called a local supplierand found the part in stock. I purchased it for $2.85 and fixed it myself in less than five minutes. After much research, I found this is not uncommon for Mr.Gerald Robert Goodin (owner)

I bought a freezer and about 4 months later it went out. They brought me another freezer and 5 months later it went out. They sent someone to fix it but it didn't work. I called to tell what happen and someone was to call me back and never did. I will never use them again.
They are a rip off. After having their washer for 3 months it no longer works and they want to charge $95 to fix it wow.. I feel like a fool
We have used Shelton's on at least 3 occasions and they have always been courteous, showed up on time, the quality of work was great, and their prices were as expected. I found them easy and pleasant to deal with.
We have received service several times from Fast Eddies - Very professional and good at what he does, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and he genuinely cares about delivering good customer service. He's also fair (or more than fair) when it comes to pricing. We give Fast Eddies a 5 star rating.
By far the best repair service in Tulsa for kitchen appliances. Fast Eddie's was EXTREMELY reasonable on pricing and I also didn't have to wait a week for him to come out. He was able to schedule my repairs the same day I called and he came out to my home that evening after hours! My Stove and oven work like brand new again. I would highly recommend this business again and again. Super Nice, and very professional and was completely honest and up front about the cost.
Eddie came out this morning, and had my fridge working this evening. He had to get a part and 2 trips to and from C-Ville. I highly recommend.
