NEVER EVER EVER RENT A TRUCK FROM BUDGET. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE!!!! I paid $307 for a truck that I drove from NC to South Florida. What should have been a 10 hour ride took 15. During the ride, I had to drive almost drive 20 miles under the speed limit in order to maintain control of the vehicle. If I drove any faster than 55mph, the truck began to swerve so uncontrollably that I had to pull off the highway and come to a complete stop on several occasions in order to regain control of the truck. Upon contacting customer service I was told the I would only be compensated $53 because since I drove the whole way and did not call roadside assistance, I must have felt safe. As I told them, I was not informed that roadside assistance was available for me to call and I continued the trip because I felt I had no choice. I was already on the highway and I had to be at my destination by a certain time. That does not change the fact that I had to drive 20 milesunder the speed limit and pull off to the shoulder several times; and it certainly is not indication of how safe I felt. And to be offered $53 out of the $307 that I paid (not including the $200 worth of gas I put in the truck), to be told that because I kept going I must not have been in danger, that speaks volumes to me about the level of concern this company has for its customers. If I had been informed of roadside assistance, I would have called, but I wasn't and that is on the guys the rented me the truck, not me. My son was with me and this truck could have caused both of us to lose our lives. I also had other people travelling with me that can corroborate my story. I expressed hat I would not accept anything other than a FULL refund and I mean that whole heartedly. The lives of myself, my son, and those travelling the highway at the same time are worth more than 20% of the base rate of the truck. The truck never should have been rented in the first place.

We desperately needed a wheelchair van for a day and had no idea about this company. So glad we found them. Were got a really nice van with a ramp and it made possible a really special day for our family. everyone was impressed with the van, unlike any other rental company we tried before, and certainly better that the my alternative. Will be calling again soon.

They really moved through several customers fairly quickly and with friendly attitudes. It did seem that since this was an airport facility and everyone had reserved a car that they could have planned better to have additional staff. No fault to the team that was there.

The customer service was great as always! I was disappointed however that I didn't get the car I thought I was going to get. I think that Enterprise should have a way you select/reserve specific vehicles. Also the windshield washer fluid was out so a double check on the fluids should before customers drive off.

This was by far the best rental experience I have ever had. The service was absolutely top notch. The van was brand new, and super clean. And the price was way more affordable than any other place we checked into. Overall I would rate it higher if I could and definitely would recommend to anyone. I had such a good experience that it had me thinking about reasons to rent another van!
