Did not want to give even one star because my bloodwork was lost and Quest Home Office told my Drs office they had no record of me being there although I had at least 5 vials of blood drawn and had to read my name, on each vial, to technician! My daughter was standing right beside me!The technician was VERY NICE, professional and the stick painless!She was alone there trying to talk on phone and to see people in front of her at desk, draw blood and evey other function carried on in that lab! Forget going to bathroom and she was pregnant—a reluctant� toddler was in for stick before me and as a Retired RN I know that was difficult without assistance if parent/s don’t want to help!There is no way one person can handle all those activities with any degree of accuracy! The people in the waiting room were discussing that issue! I had a long wait which was ok because I felt so sorry for that young lady in an almost impossible situation. My sister, daughter, physician’s office and I called repeatedly during many days and never got the technician or a return call—� we all left messages!The location was DLO Hillcrest South PSC in Tulsa, Oklahoma! We drove 45 minutes to get there!Technician said she had all needed orders, health insurance info, etc she needed from my physician! So that wasn’t the problem!The star is for her—� but now I have to get all that redone at a different lab!Beware using that location if you’re really concerned about getting results from your bloodwork! Just saying—�-Wonder if I’ll get a bill?
I had 2 test done at this lab two weeks apart. I kept checking with my Dr. to see if they had received my test results. After a month I called my Dr's office again and they told me that the 1st test was never processed and the second test was processed but my Dr's office never got the results from this lab, which was 2 1/2 weeks after I took the second test. Mind you, my Dr's office bears some responsibilty for not following up to see why they hadn't received my tests back, but clearly the lab was irresponsible for not processing my first test and for not sending my second test to my Dr. They have poor customer service and I will never have test done there again and I will advise everyone not to get their labs done there. With such bad service, it makes me wonder how accurate they are doing lab work.
