I've purchased a variety of equipment from Bloss over the years - I'm not a landscaper, but am a do-it-yourself person and I like good, reliable equipment that I can count on to keep my yard looking great. Each time I come into Bloss, they are super friendly, have a great selection of equipment, their prices are as good as the big home improvement stores. I haven't needed much in the way of service, but I did have a couple of chainsaw chains sharpened and it was way cheaper than buying new- and they cut better than ever. I have rented a couple of items as well such as a pump and a tamper and both items worked great with no issues. I highly recommend Bloss!

I had a wonderful experience at Bloss. I was in need of a lawnmower, and never having purchased one, I was overwhelmed with options. The staff at Bloss was extremely pleasant and helpful, and took time to walk me through options involving different brands, and even discussed brands that they don't necessarily sell. It was a much more personal experience than I had received at "big box" stores, and I'm glad I went with a smaller, local business. The operations of the mower were explained along with a demonstration of the features, not to mention the whole unit was already assembled and ready to go. The team at Bloss made this transaction both comfortable and informative, and I felt that I was personally taken care of from the moment I started researching until I left with the lawnmower. I would highly recommend if you are in need of lawn care equipment to consider going to Bloss, you won't be disappointed!
I have been renting space here for a bit over 2 years now and very satisfied with the storage space and cost of storage. Robin has worked with me from the very begin and we feel very comfortable storing here. The storage area is always clean and tidy. Security is good as well.Would not consider any other storage place at this point.Thank you for all the care you give.I recommend this storage facility to anyone.
After more than 30 plus years using Bloss, I will never grace their business again. I have purchased about every type of equipment you could buy in the past; however, my last purchase of a Toro mower has changed my mind, permanently, about using this business.I purchased a self-propelled mower, which is obviously a lemon when it comes to the self-propelled working; that happens, no big deal. However, what I experienced in regards to service is why I will never return. I have had the self-propelled repaired five times in four years. The last three times, I did not return that mowing season to have it repaired again and just pushed the self-propelled the mowing season. The last two times the self-propelled was repaired it did not last working ½ of mowing a very small front yard.I called a few minutes later to ask for the manager and the same person answered the phone. He put me on hold when I asked for the manager and never returned. Not to be dismayed I called back and got a different person who was working at the same “service desk” as the first person. When I asked for the manager, he put me on hold and left me hanging, never to return. I called a third time and got a third person behind the desk and he sent me to the manager I asked for and left me handing. Each time the mower was repaired they just replaced the belt to the mower and never found the source of the issue. I returned this final and last time to pick up my mower. The manager had left me a message to see him personally, but he was out that day. I picked up my mower and was waiting with anticipation to see if they had finally fixed the mower. When I picked it up the “service person” brought the mower out to me. I inquired, “Can you tell me what was done to fix the mower self-propelled function?” His response, “It is on the bottom of the order, you can read it yourself.” I persisted, “What exactly was done.” He replied, “The belt was replaced.”End of story.
After my items had been in storage, ownership changed hands. Originally the price was $127/mo in August 2014. Rates are scheduled to go up for a second time to $157, and we were "forced" to accept their lame insurance (I already had coverage.). They are losing my business.
Started storing my belongings at Northside Mini Storage when they first opened and have always good service. The facility is always neat and I have never had any safety issues.I have and always will recommend Northside Mini Storage
Under New Management, Property remodeled, Improved Access. Increased Security with all new cameras. .
The facilities were good as expected, but dealing with the owner Robin was horrible. I spoke to her several times and she was ALWAYS RUDE! Read the fine print on your contracts. They prorate on your way in, but not on your way out. In our case our escrow closed on the 1st and had everything moved out by the 3rd. We were still charged for the entire month. Robin has a racket going for her. Never again would I use this storage, because I would have to deal with her erratic rude behavior.
My son Casey Bruder rented a unit (13) in March because he and his wife had to go to Texas to help her aunt take care of her elderly grandmother. We went to retrieve their possessions today and his 1800.00 bed, which was a Serta California King, and was not even a year old, was ruined from water damage because the roof leaked. There was mold all over it. The contract does say that the lessor is not responsible for ANY damage even though it is clearly no fault of their own. Now that Ithey have returned to Tulsa and need their belongings, they have no bed and no extra money to purchase one. My advice is if you rent a unit, buy your own insurance. they thought their things were safe, especially from water damage, but apparently they were not.
DANGEROUS AND HOSTILE TO TENANTS, -BEWARE!!! Owner/Manager Mike Brady (whose almost never there) will cut off your locks, remove 10 times the value of your personal stuff versus what he claims you owe (e.g.$2000 vs. $116), and threaten to have you arrested if you try to get back into the unit. Beware of Tricky and Oppressive Rental Agreements demanding excessive fees if youre paying late, which if your poor will likely result in confiscation of all your stuff! Mr. Brady backdated my Rental Contract, then a day after signing the contract he cut off my locks, put on his, then demanded ridiculous sums to get back in and threatened to have me "picked-up" by police anywhere if they saw me. Theres no onsite manager and also his rental agreements differ greatly from most chain-type mini storage places. Also notice numerous unlocked-units yet contain tenants personal belongings and almost never see any other tenants at the property, should have been a telltale sign this place is trouble!!! To date he hasn't returned over $2000 in my personal belongings!!! DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!!!
