I sat in line blocked off where I could not leave or move. They took my money and still waited. Nothing was offered not even an apology! I had to call the manager for a refund and ask while I was still sitting in line!! HORRID!
The food is always good. I was very confused to turn around and see the guy working at the drive through changing clothes at the window. He was at the window with his shirt off and pants undone. Makes me worry how clean they are in the back if that is acceptable in the front.
I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE OFF AND ON FOR OVER 5 YEARS. THE TURNOVER HERE IS NUTS. I'M TALKING ABOUT MANAGEMENT. THEY GET GOOD PEOPLE, BUT THEY DON'T KEEP THEM. AND LATELY THE PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE MESS. GARBAGE ON THE FLOOR, TRASH CANS OVERFLOWING, BATHROOMS ARE A DISGRACE. THE PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL AND IT SEEMS LIKE IT WILL GET WORSE. I WILL NOT COME BACK UNTIL THERE ARE SOME SERIOUS CHANGES..IF I'M THE OWNER, I'D BE EMBARRASSED TO ADMIT THIS IS MY STORE. BUT THEN IT'S ONLY ABOUT $.
The employees and even the management are THE RUDEST people in fast food. And that's saying a lot. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if that was an option.
Obviously the food is good because it’s mcdonalds but the workers there completely suck. Rudest girls that have no customer service at all. Laughing the whole entire time through the entercom while I’m trying to place my order, then told me “I CANT REACH YOU” when i was right next to the window but she was just mad because it was cold outside but she had a huge white Tulsa state fair dirty hoodie on. Then gave us the death stare while we were putting our receipt in our purse. If you can’t even work a drive through idk what those girls are going to do with their life.
Had coupon for 16pc mixed, around lunch time they were a little busy. Cashier almost forgot my change. Got home chicken was only a 12pc. I live to far away to go back, heartbroken I'll take the loss!
Subway at 7004 E Admiral Pl, Tulsa, OK is certainly the worst. Two times I've been there and both times instead of telling me that they didn't have what I wanted the staff instead took it on their own to make me a sandwich that they thought appropriate. First time I asked for that special sandwich that included the "Italian Hero". They didn't have capicola ham so decided to replace it with pepperoni but failed to tell me. Also I asked for it dry with nothing but meat and cheese. I get a sandwich with everything but capicola ham on it. I failed to watch them prepare the sandwich so I was surprised when I opened it. I took it back to the front of the crowded line and insisted it wasn't what I ordered. Instead of making me a new sandwich I asked for my money back. On another day I asked for a tuna salad on multi-grain flatbread and for some dumb reason they put chicken instead of tuna with no explanation. Evidently I am not the only person this has happened to. I've spoken to others that have experienced the same. This Subway is just the worse.
My favorite fast food chicken the oversized wings are the best. Had problems with the mobile app the employees hooked me up!
Stopped by yesterday (3/28/16) @ about 1130 to get a big breakfast after my wife medical procedure. They could not provide it because they had no scrambled eggs cooked.Stopped by @ 0459 this morning to get a big breakfast and they again said they had no big breakfast available because they had no scrambled eggs cooked.What's up with all that.Steve CordrayTulsa
I got the hand rolled Taquitos I think the person that rolled mine used there feet! When I showed the manager the clear discrepancy it s***t I had on my plate and the picture she said that mine were "made with 1.5 ounces of meat". Then I asked if the ones in the picture were made with 1.5 ounces of meat she said "that was Taco Bueanos standard so they should be". I would recomend Taco Bell!
