DO NOT GO HERE. I TOOK MY CAR HERE AND WHEN I LEFT THE VEHICLE HAD AN OIL LEAK. TURNS OUT THEY STRIPPED THE OIL PAN AND DRAIN PLUG. $650 LATER IT WAS FIXED AT THE DEALER AND JIFFY LUBE WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SHOTTY WORK. THE OWNER SAID THEY WOULD PROVIDE THE VIDEO OF THEM CHANGING THE OIL AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE VIDEO, THEY HAD EDITED THE VIDEO AND PARTS OF IT WERE CONVENIENTLY MISSING. WHAT A JOKE.

As an older lady (I am 65) I have had a few not so good experiences where I took my car in for service and some young guy thought he could get away with something...you know, cause I am an old woman and don't any better! But I do know better!Went to Jiffy Lube at Tulsa Hills and was treated very respectfully and honestly. The service was excellent and the work was done right and in a timely manner. I will definitely be taking my business to them again, and again!
Went in on a busy Sunday. After waiting an hour and a half, which for the volume of customers, seemed a little too long, I went outside with the manager to do the once over where they show me my oil cap was on, air cleaner put back and that the oil level was right. First thing I noticed was oil from hand prints all over the car, granted I just washed and detail the exterior and interior, something I do before oil changes. I mentioned it to the manager, who didn't seem too worried, probably because she didn't just get done washing it. Next thing I noticed was a ton of excess oil next to my filler cap, which means whoever filled it up spilt about half a quart, and left it there so I could have that fresh burnt oil smell once the engine heated up. They charged me for 5 quarts of synthetic when it only takes 3.5 quarts. I'll chalk up this Jiffy Lube experience to changing my own oil from here on out. It won't be as expensive, messy or take as long. Pathetic is the best word to describe the service
This guy's are fast great customer service the store manager is on his "A" game every time I come in. Best Jiffy Lube I been to in Tulsa if you have any questions ask Allan!
We went in for a routine oil service and transmission flush. Well we barely made it out of the parking lot before coasting down the road, the transmission was slipping badly and would not drive 100yds down the road. A technician came, checked the fluid and said everything looks fine, sorry I guess you will need to call a tow truck. We had our vehicle towed to a transmission shop. Meanwhile we were forced to rent a car as we were on our way out of town on a cross country trip. What began as a routine service, to the tune of $300 was now getting very expensive. The cost of a tow and $700 for a week of car rental. A few hours after we had been on the road, the tranny shop calls to inform us the transmission was only 2qts low. That was good news, but now we had already rented a car and were well out of town. Meanwhile, we had been put in touch with the Jiffy Lube owner, Patrick Moore. My wife made several phone calls that day with 'Pat' and he seemed less than willing to believe anything we said or accept any responsibility. Which as owners of a small business ourselves, I can understand being cautious of those looking to take advantage or scam. However, the facts were that Jiffy Lube did not flush our transmission correctly, resulting in possible damage to our transmission and major inconveniences, costly ones. We made plans to meet 'Pat' at the transmission shop after our week vacation. We returned from vacation optimistic that our problems were solved and big 'Pat' was going to 'do right by his customers' as he later assured us. We met 'Pat' at the transmission shop, there was a little pow-wow with the expert shop owner, who flatly explained to 'Pat' that the only thing wrong was they did not fill the transmission correctly. This was beyond 'Pat's' belief, his technicians had triple checked the fluid level and there must be some 'black magic' involved as he said. However, he assured us he would take care of his customers. All we needed to do was email a copy of the receipts and a check would be sent overnight no problem. The next day I scanned the receipts and sent them via email. A week and no word, so much for an overnight check. After several unanswered calls, my wife was able to reach Pat and he claimed he could not see the receipts. We resent the receipts again and then the line went dead. Pat was no longer answering our calls. My wife stopped by the Jiffy Lube store several times and they promised to contact Pat. Finally, Pat answered our call. He accused us of lying to him the entire time. He was not going to reimburse us for any of our trouble or inconvenience, even though it all began with their mistakes. He called my wife a liar, told us he would only speak with us again through an attorney. Wow! Unfortunately Pat is the liar and the truth is he does not take care of his customers when his technicians make mistakes. Customer beware, please take your vehicle to a proper automotive shop, not some hack in and out lube hut, especially not one owned by an old crusty joker like Patrick Moore. email@example.com Main Office 9084 E 31st Street Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145 Office 918.270.3022 Cell 520.940.0020
best service, great people, very efficient, nice people, will definitely go back!
This place was fantastic! From the moment I walked in till they brought my car to me. Very friendly and professional. My car was done on time, windows cleaned, floor boards vaccumed....I will be a repeat costumer....Thank you very much for everything!
Take your car here if you want to spend 1/2 hour cleaning greasy hand prints from your interior. They were fast but not to good on the cleanliness. I recommend to take your car elsewhere even if you have to drive a little more.
I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They quoted 20-30 mins. An hour later they finished the oil change. While they were conducting the final inspection they broke my dipstick. They say that it was rotted because it was so old (2004) but I've never had a problem before. A piece of the dipstick handle got stuck in the tube that holds the dipstick. At first they tried to get me to leave with it broken and the piece stuck in it. Finally when I made it clear that I wouldn't leave until they fixed it they were able to push the pieces through the tube into the oil pan. They flushed the oil out and refilled it. At this point it had been 2 hours since I had pulled in but they got the oil change done. I asked them to put in writing the situation in case a piece of the handle caused problems later. It took me 30 more minutes to get them to write a statement describing the problem and what they did to fix it. Then they wouldn't sign it. Kenny Gaddis, the manager, refused to sign the statement at first saying that what I had was enough. After making sure he understood I wouldn't be leaving until he signed, he scribbled what he called a signature but looked more like abstract modern art. It was obvious it wasn't his real signature so I asked to speak with the area supervisor. Kenny wouldn't help me get in touch with the supervisor. I had to call the corporate office myself. When I called their corporate office I spoke with a secretary who said she would have the supervisor call me back. Instead of calling me he called the manager, Kenny. Who after speaking with the supervisor on the phone for another 30 minutes said he would sign the statement properly. This was a lie. He signed it again in the same ridiculous fashion as the first time. I asked to speak with the area supervisor who was just as rude and did nothing to change my opinion of the company. So 3.5 hours after I pulled in I realized I had gotten all I was going to get from him so I left completely dissatisfied and very angry. Kenny Gaddis was the rudest and most unprofessional manager I've ever experienced. I don't often have problems with places I go to because I'm normally willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure the damage caused was unintentional but the way they handled it was the worst customer service experience I can remember. Don't go to this store if you want to get an oil change with pleasant customer service. I am telling everyone I know to avoid it because of how poorly I was treated.
