This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Front desk personnel are so friendly and helpful. We asked for a downstairs because of my knees and they accommodated. If I had walked alongside them and picked out my own room I couldn't have chosen any better. Location is on the street side so we could just park right in front of our room. I can't say enough good things. The property is older and some things are kinda worn and repaired but clean and no bugs whatsoever. A full size fridge and stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal! AND pet friendly!! The pictures on this site are very representative of the property.

BLOOD & URINE Stains on the sheets! This place needs a health inspection! From the moment you walk in the lobby you can tell that this place needs a major renovation! Took me 3 attempts to get a room...On our first try, the room key did not work...Second try, I was given a new set of keys to same room, key still did not work but the door was opened by a guest in his boxer shorts who was already occupying the room!!! Went back to front desk & they were EXTREMELY rude unhelpful/condescending (Jennifer was one of the employees who was very rude!) finally obtained a new set of keys & what we found in our room was absolutely DISGUSTING! One bed had BLOOD on the sheets, the other bed had what appeared to be URINE on the sheets! Stains were all over the carpet & room smelled TERRIBLE! I went back down to the front desk & again was met with an unhelpful staff. They didn't believe me after I showed them pictures & insisted on "escorting" me upstairs to "investigate" for themselves! I would've left & asked for a refund on the spot, but it was almost midnight & my daughter had a soccer game in the morning. After they went back up to the room to check it out, they finally gave me another room. No manager was on duty & I was told that a manager named "Pepper" would be on duty in the morning. Went back in the morning to speak with Pepper the manager, but he was no where to be found! Other guests were also at the front desk complaining about the filthy conditions of their rooms as well (One guest said her room had hair all over the bed sheets, another said there was a dirty towel hanging in her bathroom, another guest said the AC was broken in her room). The front desk staff was completely RUDE to all of us, even mocking & laughing! An employee who was the hotel's "engineer" said he was the manager on duty, but he was completely unhelpful, rude & unprofessional, didn't offer us any kind of help! RUN don't walk away from this FILTHY place!
Omg! Don't stay here. The rooms were filthy! No towels. No blankets and they charged us for not having any. We called the desk several times and they didn't help at all. There are no blow dryers in the room. The refrigerator was hot. 20 channels on the TV. Really. Wi-Fi was horrible. I had to wipe everything down before I set my stuff on it.
Read the bad reviews before I came to stay here...the price was right so thought I would form my own opinion..owners were friendly.room was huge air was on and my room was very clean........I recommend it..and I will be back.

Went to Tulsa to visit my dad in the hospital. We reserved a king. We wanted to change to a double when my brother also showed up. We called the hotel. It went to an answering service that said "The clerked stepped away. We can have them call back, or try back later." We asked for a call back. Never got one. We tried back to no avail. Upon arrival they showed double rooms available online. Went in, explained the situation. We were told there were no doubles. A lady behind us said "What room do you have? I reserved a double, & want a king. I'll change with you." The clerk said "We can't do that. It's hotel policy" She said it was because we booked through Orbitz. Since it was after 6PM Orbitz couldn't help. The hotel's cancellation policy was in effect.At checkout, they couldn't find our info. They couldn't find our credit card that they made a photo copy of. After waiting 15 minutes, the clerk was able to locate our paperwork.We will not be back.
The Wyndham is a nice hotel. The lobby is always clean and welcoming and the staff has always been very polite and helpful. I like that you have a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms along with a room service menu (although this last time it seemed there were less items on the menu?) I also like there is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel as the area immediately around this location lacks options for eating. I do like that the 11th floor is a key card floor only and that you get a robe and slippers upon checking in to the room! Little touches that make it nice.

My co-worker and I had to come in for a meeting with our company and we enjoyed our room and the stay. Everyone was very polite and the rooms were clean and the pool was nice. We had a great three day stay.
