I waited an hour at the wireless/cell phone. There were 3 employees and several other employees around. No one, not once asked if we needed anything. As soon as ot was our turn, 2 of the employees left. Rude? Yes! Not only that but they offered another customer help! I will def be calling corp!

Recently used Elite to upgrade my theater. Scott worked with me to get the most bang for the buck. I purchased a new projector, Marantz AV receiver and new remote. The installers were neat and professional. Will use them in the future. Terry T
Researched the local control 4 dealers most said they had a show room and all they had was a warehouse (if anyone was even there). Elite was able to show me the product and helped us understand home automation. The installation was flawless and the customer service was even better.

Rob and his team did a great job with my home theater setup. They assisted us with every step in the process from picking the right equipment for our room to installation. They even provided excellent post-installation support. I'll absolutely use them for my next project.

There are many companies out there who offer either great products , great service, or affordable prices. In the last 7 years, I have exclusively hired Elite Sound and Cinema for many projects in my home because I have never found a company that truly delivered in all three areas. I have purchased 7 plasma TVs, a home theater room, and had them design and install an outside entertainment area that had to withstand the weather. I have been so impressed with their concern to make sure that I was completely satisfied, and to this day they continue to check on me to make sure that I am still happy with their work. The biggest reason I continue to use and recommend this company is because if their integrity. I am very ignorant about home entertainment systems and it was obvious. They actually helped me save money and recommended some less expensive options that met my needs just as well as the much more expensive choices that I was already willing to pay for. How many companies would do that today?? I really appreciate the character of the owner, Rob Smith, and appreciate that he puts people before profit. Because of that , they have a loyal customer for life...
