I have purchased a serger (Baby Lock Imagine) and a sewing machine (Baby Lock Jazz) from B-Sew Inn in the last year. They have been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the sales and service of these machines. I have attended 3 free classes and a 3 day Serger event taught by Sue Green Baker. My skills and enjoyment of sewing/serging have grown a lot and if I ever purchase another machine, I will only consider Baby Lock. Cheri was especially great at helping me feel comfortable with my choices. First class all the way.
Been a long time customers of Ralph's(he has been there for over 49 years now) This man has forgotten more about sewing machines than most people know. It does take him sometime to get the work done but that is because everyone in town uses him!!! The reviewer below isn't even kind enough to leave a name...He's a good Christian man, if you ask him what he has done he will tell you and even explain the cost.. unless its something big, he normally doesn't charge you for parts...Was just in there the other day, his grandson was helping him work on machines and the nice young man even delivered my repair to my house for me. FREE of Charge.. GREAT Service!
Stay away!!We have serviced our machine here 3 times and its still not fixed. The last time they kept the items we brought in with our machine so they could test it. When we asked about the items they just tried to sell us different items from their shop. The head lady here cannot be nice. She is condescending and rude. I will never use this shop again and recommend others to stay away. They sold us a machine that they themselves do not know how to use. We are not ignorant as we have our own clothing shop. There are just too many other stores to tolerate such rudeness.
Personnel is much more concerned with sales than service. There are a couple of people who are helpful but sales staff are flat rude much of the time. Free training is OK but nothing on line or more than the one class. Even making an appointment for training seems to stress sales staff. Would like to purchase a serger but hate to deal with sales personnel. Some are not good with machines at all just want big sales.
I bought my machine and had one serviced here. I've been back for supplies to go with my Jenome schoolmate machine purchased here. Their prices are reasonable and economical. They also provided a way for me to charge what I needed. I enjoy going. If your machine needs fixing and something isn't right, they are quick to take care of the problem.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They will go above and beyond to help you find a product, fix a stitching problem and have a good time in the midst of it. Go visit them you will not be disappointed!
The most TERRIBLE service ever. Not even sure that the owner knew how to fix the machine. Expensive price without giving a breakdown of the parts or simply lied about what he did (probably didn’t even do any). Open late close early. Not even worth ¼ of a star. Funny how the owner himself dare to write a good review about himself in the previous section.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR MACHINE HERE! I took mine in for a basic service, and have had to take it back SIX TIMES to fix things that weren't broken before. That was after I got charged significantly more than their price list indicated for my machine type. Her excuse? "Oh I don't know who put that sign there but it's wrong." They keep trying to sell me stuff, and saying I wouldn't have this problem if I didn't buy such a cheap machine. CHEAP? It was almost $1000! Oh, but if I buy one of theirs (starting at $1800) they would be willing to finance me for up to two years. I think not!
The BEST Service on any brand Sewing Machine,Necchi Dealer Since 1967.Come Say Hi.
Two machines serviced and many trips for supplies make this needle bee very happy.
