This is a GREAT local company that is hands down a top notch level of transportation from the cleanliness of the vehicle to the kindness and promptness of the driver. A friend recommended them to me a few weeks ago for on time early airport pickup and when I used the app to “book later” for my 4:30-4:45AM departure, he was 10 minutes early! Since I have used them to get around town in a luxury car and my business actually started using them for other employees when they realized that luxury transportation was available for the price of an uber. I was used to using Lyft and Uber and never liked the idea that if I needed to book a ride in advance, then just 20 minutes before my pickup time, a hail message to hopefully a drive who may or may not cancel on you is sent and accepted by a reliable random stranger. I’m taking the time to write this review because I ever since I started using YourRide for my pertinent appointments where punctuality is required, I found someone who is not just there but always early waiting on me when I need them. I will also say most of the drivers are usually repeats from previous rides so they aren’t a random stranger and actually feel like a nice friend to talk with through your commute.
I received a cardboard flyer with a coupon code for $10 off my first ride and thought since it was interesting for someone else besides Uber and Lyft to have a transportation app in the Tulsa area, I decided to give what I found out to be a completely locally owned and operated company a shot. It was really nice because I was able to ride in a limosean style SUV but at no extra charge and showed up to my destination, a wedding, with people wondering where I got the money for that type of chauffeur. If they only knew I paid about the sake as an UberX would have cost me and got to arrive in style! I'll definitely be using this company again and I'm happy that the app even allows me to pay cash if I want!
I had such an excellent experience with this local app that picked me up quick and easily. They had a great price and it was in a luxury car! They have always been on time!
Buyer beware. The driver was 15 minutes late, said he called me but I didn't answer phone, of which my phone had no indication, charged $60 for a 10 minute drive. Said they were not a taxi service, but a limo service. Their name is "Tulsa Taxi". What's wrong with this picture?
One of City Cab's drivers ran a stop sign and hit the side of my elderly mothers car. The driver said that the cab company would take care of it. After a month of trying to call them ( 918-582-3333) and being verbally harassed by the dispatcher, and the owner never returning calls, it looks like we are going to have to pay for the damage ourselves. I found this site trying to find out who their insurance company is, as my mom's insurance company can't do anything without the name of theirs, and they won't tell us. Update - I called the City of Tulsa License and Collections Dept., and they told me that this company had not had a Taxi license nor any insurance since 2014. As mentioned above, if you get into an accident you are out of luck.
I plan to use this company again. they were kind, helpful and very affordable. I got way more out of this business than I would have anywhere else including a free upgrade.

Excellent customer relations! I was in a bind trying to get to the airport and Charles made it happen. Moses picked me up early and got me to the airport on time. Probably the cleanest & friendliest taxi experiences ever!
