This company sent me the wrong supplies, when I changed insurance companies, they kept billing the OLD company even though they were given the new insurance company information multiple times. The new insurance company even called them to tell them they were billing the wrong company! Now, not only are they billing the wrong company but they are billing me multiple times for the same item! Too bad I cannot rate them a ZERO!

These people at All Saints are RUDE ! They don'tcare about you or I, all they care about is theirpaycheck. Buy your supplies elsewhere, andsave yourself a lot of grief.... they don't evenanswer the phone during the day..make you leave a message and they will call you back??
You got to be kidding. If I could find another company that worked with my insurance I would be there. They could care less about me and my needs and provide the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying for a month or more and can not get an order for my much needed equipment. Only in America. The only reason they have 1 star is there is not a negative star available.
They are into Ripping off People. If you want a CPAP you would be better off by buying one online. All Saints will make you sign bunch of fine printed contracts and then keep renegotiating your monthly payment with your insurance provider and charge you arm and a leg every month. I would love to Sue them if any one is going through the same.
If you need a BiPap machine, you are better off purchasing one yourself on credit if you can and making FIXED monthly payments. They will not tell you that they will renegotiate rates with your insurance company and increase your payments by more than 35%. Oh and by the way, if you carry over into a new year, you are responsible for meeting your co-pay again and could get slapped with a $450 bill to "rent" your machine!
I had a great experience with my cpap appointment and Cynthia couldn't have been nicer or explained things better.
I had a wonderful experience with the cpap area. They answered the phone right away and I was transferred to the cpap are immediately. Once they picked up the lady there was nice and friendly and knowledgeable about my problem and how to fix it. It was a great day for me!

This company gave me wrong information regarding my insurance. They were unfriendly as I tried to work it out. They did not return calls as promised. I am now using a different company for my CPAP supplies.
I've been using Metro Medical Supply for two years now and they are fantastic! Previously I had been using another local business to get my special insoles and diabetic shoes each year w/limited choices of shoes and that required me to pick up my insoles one set at a time throughout the year. Metro has a vast selection of shoes, they trust we are intelligent enough to manage our insoles and deliver all 3 sets at once allowing me to rotate them and never have to spend a couple of weeks walking on flattened worn out insoles. The people that work there are caring, compassionate and competent. I RECOMMEND THEM HANDS DOWN! They have a vast assortment of supplies such as diabetic socks, Vital Wrap System (a wonderful machine that delivers heat or cold to the wrap you put around your back, knee, etc., medicare will pay for one new wrap ea 6 mos. We are fortunate to have them here.
