My experiene has been very disappointing. I have only been a customer for 4 months and I have received extremely poor customer service. BofA is so large that they do not care about the individual customers. A mistake was made in a bank transfer that ended up costing me almost $1,000 and BofA did absolutely nothing to support my efforts to get my money returned. Now my only option is to litigate which will cost me more than the lost $1,000. BofA only comment was, so sorry, but we can't do anything for you. I will never do business with this banking giant ever again.

Let me just start off by saying that ALL of the employees at this particular branch are exceptional people, and their performance has been nothing less of outstanding. However, the upper, upper, management has been absolutely awful. And I say the upper, upper management as in THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY. Horrible. Just horrible. He treats his GOOD, HARD-WORKING AND RELIABLE employees like absolute dirt. HE does not deserve ANY of your busniness, whatsoever. As long as you bank with Stillwater, you are putting money in HIS pockets. Just don't. Take it from me. Take your money elsewhere, for the sake of those hard-working employees that he has, to put it lightly, screwed over. Have a lovely day.
I have been a loyal customer with the bank for eight years and have a mortgage account with this bank. I have noticed a steady decline in customer service since being bought by Central Bank. Today was the worst customer service experience ever. Looks like they will be losing a long standing customer.
After opening account I was told that once my direct deposit open they would apply 150 credit..after opening account..I was told i must have misunderstood they were sorry after explaining again what happen the asst. Manager was sarcastic and rude. I will be looking for another bank not because of not getting the credit but because of the way the asst. Manager handled the matter ...just rude and unprofessional
