They took care of my mother since my sister and I didn't live close. Their team is always available to answer any questions and mom loves her caregiver.
My mother knows one of the nurses who works for Safe Homecare. We called them to do an initial consultation to help us with my disabled uncle. The operations manager came out and spoke to us about everything. She stated she would need to re-arrange an employees schedule so he could come to help us. We discussed pay rate and told her we would be paying privately by cash or check. She stated the employee would be out in a couple days to get started. We NEVER heard back from them again. We called several times to see what was going on, only to be ignored.
I have had nothing but problems from the first day! The staff is EXTREMELY rude! They never delived any of my son's IV Meds on time! They would tell me to skip a doses because they don't deliver when the main reason I choose to use them is because they do deliver and my son has a life threatening illness and can't be unattended or go out in public much due to the germs. This is by far the worst customer care and service! I will never use them or recommed them to anyone!!! Every week is a battle to get Meds made and delivered
