At 2:15 on today Feb.19, 2018 my roadside assistance provider contacted Becerra towing, for my 2002 Dodge van to be towed. I was told it would be a 90 minute wait which I said was fine, I would wait. at 4:00p.m. I contacted Becerra towing and I was told it would be another 20-25 minutes again I said fine I will wait. at 4:35 pm my roadside assistance provider called me and told me Becerra had cancelled the call. When I tried to contact Becerra the call went to voicemail immediately. I advised my carrier to cancel their contract with Becerra. it's. ridiculous to wait 90 minutes on a tow and then to have it cancelled. If and when I need a tow I certainly don't recommend Becerra Towing of Tulsa, Ok. And will refuse the service if my provider calls them. Service inadequate.
They were supposed to show up in less than an hour. After almost an hour and a half I called and the guy said he would see where the driver was and call right back. Never heard from him. I called back 4 times in the next hour and a half and got VM every time. After 3 hours I finally called someone else. Very poor customer service. Had they let me know what was going on and that they were running late, I would've been ok, but they didn't. Not reliable at all!!
I had a flat tire the driver was there within the first twenty minutes after my call. My car was hooked up with five minutes and the driver was ready to go.
DO NOT use this towing service. They will RIP you off. My car got stolen and was recovered at the Cross Town apartments who uses their service called and had my car towed . They had it less than 48 hours and towed it 10 miles at the most and it cost me $320.00 to get my car out. Right now I am contacting the Department of Public Safety for unfair pricing and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.This company sucks the worst. Pass this message on and hopefully they will go under...I had to give it a 1 star at the least or it would not post, otherwise I would give it a minus 10...

This are some real good guys nice and courteous and real reasonable on time when they sad they would be there .
I worked there for two years. I was always quick, called to inform the customer my eta, and even dispatched my own calls. The issues were in the trucks we drove!!
YOU WANT A VERY GOOD TOWING COMPANY OR JUNK CAR BUYER THAT WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SAVE YOU MONEY, AND VERY HONEST WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. WELL YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LOOK NO MORE, THIS COMPANY KNOWS ALL THE SHORTCUTS AROUND OKLAHOMA TOWARD GETTING YOUR VEHICLE TO THE RIGHT AND PROPER DESTINATION. THEY HAVE GREAT RATES AND DO IT ALL WHEN IT COMES TO TOWING OR BUYING YOUR JUNK VEHICLES. WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY, THEY MEAN IT. THEY MAKE SURE WHILE TOWING YOUR VEHICLES, THEY USE PROPER EQUIPMENT, THEY KNOW THE PRICE OF STEEL IS LOW, AND THEY ARE HONEST WITH GETTING YOU A FAIR PRICE FOR ANY OF YOUR JUNK VEHICLES. THE OWNER MIKE HAS A OPEN DOOR POLICY TO CALL HIM TO WORK OUT ANY PROBLEM YOU HAVE HAD WITH ANY COMPETITORS. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PLEASE ANY AND EVERBODY THEY DO BUSINESS WITH THEIR COMPANY. EVEN IF YOU CALL AND THE LINE IS BUSY OR THE ANSWERING SERVICE COMES ON. YOU CAN EXPECT A QUICK CALL RIGHT BACK AT YOUR NUMBER. BOTTOM LINE "USHER TOWING IS HANDS DOWN, THE BEST AROUND PERIOD!
Terrible service. Took almost 2 hours longer than told. My warranty company covers my toe yet the driver had me pay him more $ in cash, gave me no receipt so I called the dispatcher and she was rude and hung up on me and argued with me and told me it was confidential what my bill was. The tow driver took my car to the mechanic and just dropped it and didn't relay my information to the mechanic.
