Was in there today to see dr. Jennifer, she was fine. Two girls at the front desk the young ones were very rude and snotty. Told me how much it was I said can you give me a break down on their services if we don't have insurance I want to know what I was paying for. Snidely told me what it was. I said how much was the office visit and she looked at and snidly said 75.00 and walked away. This is not the first time that those two have been rude something needs to be done about them if they don't like their job find another one

I had an appointment today at 230. When I arrived I was told that I was not on the books. They had written down this appointment and handed to me on my last visit. Was told to come back in one hour and a half. Went back. Was told that it would be at least that much longer. The receptionist was very disengaged with my plight. I came a long distance for this appointment He was not apologetic at all. He said "well just call us if you want to reschedule". This was totAlly unexceptable and I left very dissatisfied. Needless to say I may or may not reset the appointment. While the dr is fine he it appears they might need to make changes with front desk personnelthey need asap!!!!!!!
What a great help he was.he went over with me how I broke my leg. He showed me my xrays and made sure I visually understood what was broken as well. He was very friend and very helpful. He is a Great Doctor.
These hours are wrong for this clinic. They are open Monday-Friday 5pm-8pm, Saturday 8am -8pm, and Sunday 1pm-6pm

My annual appointment was rescheduled by Dr. Barton’s office to Monday at 8:30am due to an emergency at the hospital. I arrive Monday at 8:10am and stood in the cold until the nurse unlocked the door at 8:25. The office hours are posted on the door Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm. I am the only patient there so I was called back within 15min (normally you wait at least 45min.) and taken to a room to get undressed. Around 9:00am I hear Dr. Barton in the room next to me talking with the nurses about her weekend. The walls are paper-thin so I hear about the nurse’s wild weekend at a party where a guy hit a girl and the others guys there beat him up. Dr. Barton was telling them about her new car so they decide so go outside and check it out. They come back in and talk some more about it. Its 9:30 at this time, so I decide to step into the hallway bare-foot with nothing but the robe on to see if they had forgot about me. Dr. Barton is standing in the hall still talking to the nurses less than 3 feet away facing me but didn’t even acknowledge my existence. I just stand there looking at her until I see she is ending her conversation and she walks right past me to another patient. You can image how upset I am at this time so I step to the nurse’s door and just asked if they had forgotten about me. The nurse lied right to my face and said “Oh, Dr. Barton just got here.” Clearly they don’t realize how thin the walls are. I just told them I had to go to work and that I would be leaving so I stepped back into the room and put my clothes back on. I stopped by the window and told them that “I would not be billed for this and I would never be back” as calmly as I could. The elderly lady in the corner asked what time my appointment was and when I told her 8:30am she let me know they don’t schedule anyone before 9:00am. That’s funny because I got an automated reminder Friday that appointment would be at 8:30am. This place is a JOKE.
I waited in the room for an hour and fifteen minutes while I watched other patients get in and out of there in 5 minutes. The receptionists were pretty rude about it too. If my family needs to see a urologist I will go out of town before seeing him again. I didn't even get an apology.
