Overall experience was alright. Music was played very loud. Took 20 minutes to get desserts that were ordered when we ordered our meals. Waitress overcharged our credit card then brought us back 4 dollars in cash because she didn't know how to void the transaction and redone it on the card.
Never had a bad meal here since new management took over. A family favorite when we visit my mother-in-law.
Gave a second chance with new management. Food was much better and service was very prompt attentive and polite. I will be going back to this Ruby Tuesdays, something i once said i would never do. New management A+
