Discriminating slum lords, out to devalue your property and take your money. Dont trust them, don't work with them!
Hi, my name is Yolanda M. & I would like to set the stories before me straight. Since the 1st day I met Tiff any, she has been nothing but kind, sweet & professional with me. I think it's awful that people can be so cruel. I believe when people don't get or hear what they want, it gives them a license to put people down, be cruel & make degrading remarks about another human being. I will be moving into my forever home soon & it's all because Tiffany went to bat for me & my fury babies. Thank you PPM & Tiffany. You guys ROCK.☺❤ P.S. if I could give the 6 + Stars I would.
If I could give this business a minus star I would! Tiffany the office manager has obviously not had any customer service training of any kind. She should not be running this business or any business that deals with the public and she broke the law when she discriminated against me. Please do not waste your money or time dealing with this company.
This company is really unprofessional. They tell you one thing and then they just give you the run around. They pretty much put you on hold til they feel like processing your application. They have tons of applications I'm sure and only have one person processing them, wich slows down everything. I've been waiting two weeks for them to process my application and I still haven't heard nothing. They sure are quick to take that processing fee but give you bad service in return. If you're gona publish one thing on your website I expect you to stand behind what you published or don't put any dates at all.
Do not rent from these people unless you absolutely have to! If you don’t trust me, read comments on Yahoo, Google, Yelp, etc. you’ll see why… Here is my story so far: Prior to signing a lease with Mid-Valley Property Management I would have rated them 5 out of 5; they appeared to be nice and helpful, but little did I know... Before signing the lease we reviewed the prospective unit, afterwards we told the property management company that we were interested but that the unit was in dire need of a paint job and thorough cleaning; we also let them know of other items that needed attention such as: ceiling fans shaking, baseboards missing, garage gate broken, and OMG I can’t express how bad paint was needed, plus many more concerns. The day I go in to sign the lease I was told that the unit had been painted and repairs made so I proceeded with the lease. While going over the lease they provided me with a move in/out checklist to note any damages that I didn’t want to be held responsible for, and this needed to be turned in within a week. After signing the lease we went to the property to find that the property management company did nothing to repair or paint inside the property – needless to say I was disgusted. I completed the move in checklist VERY THOROUGHLY and when I went to turn said checklist in I was met with impoliteness and unprofessionalism. To my astonishment I was told to provide pictures and when I questioned the lady about her request, she rudely stated this was discussed during the lease signing. I told her I’ll see what I can do and went home to review the lease and there isn’t any mention of providing pictures. However, I did take many pictures and videos but these are strictly to cover my behind in the event this company tries to take my deposit – and from the reviews I have found that is exactly what it seems like they will TRY to do. I will cross that bridge when my lease is up, fortunately I only have a six month lease then I can get away from doing business with this corrupt business.
