Stita Taxi

I put in a reservation online two days in advance. I also had to call to confirm my reservation the day before. The day of my pick up, the time I put down was at 8:15am. They called me at 8:17am telling me that they didn't have anyone near me, that they weren't sending anyone and that they were too busy. They told me to call someone else. I was late for work and pretty mad about not being told they didn't serve my area till two minutes after the said pick up time.
