Stita Taxi

First off can I just start off by saying it is soo refreshing to call a taxi service where the person on the other end answering the phone is polite and professional! I called this service to take me and my son to the airport and the woman that completed the call was great! Her name is Conica! She was polite and had excellent customer service skills. She booked my taxi is less than 5 minutes! Conica...you ROCK!!! I don't use taxi services too often but I must say that if I ever had to use one again any time soon...it would be this one=)

I have taken STITA mutliple times and I am positively suprised by how clean their cars are. The drivers are very curteous and seem to know the area really well.I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a nice clean ride.

This seems to be the only taxi you can get at the airport unless you call for your favorite cabby to come pick you up or use the Shuttle.. I arrived at SEATAC late at night from a business trip and didn't want to wait so had to take the next available taxi, which was a van. After a private joke made with friends, we were underway.###The driver drove at times 10 MPH under the speed limit.... We arrived at my house.(after being asked how much a house costs in the neighborhood) Once getting everything gathered and paid my bill, I was ready to get out of the van. Long story short; It was difficult getting out of the van, as the door was closed. I was dressed nicely and in heels. My luggage was left out in the street. The driver drove away before I could even get my luggage and everything one step on my driveway. This was at 12:30 AM! My neighborhood is safe, but after being gone a week, one tries to be safe. I've NEVER had a taxi driver give this kind of service..which was NO SERVICE!
