My two friends and I decided to try this place just to see what it was like. We went in an hour before closing time and got a table. No one else but us were eating at the restaurant. We saw the menu and it seemed pretty pricey for a chinese restaurant, but we thought that they would give us a big portion of food for their reasonable price.
Well we thought wrong. We ordered 3 individual dinners priced at $12.75 (a bowl of won ton soup or sweet and sour soup, chow mein, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and almond chicken). When our soup came, the bowl seemed as big as the tea cup we drank out of. We thought, well its just soup so they wouldnt give us much, but when the entree came, we knew we were boned.
A single plate stuffed with mediocre food. The chow mein and fried rice didnt taste too authenic and actually tasted as if someone may have microwaved it. The sweet and sour chicken, err I mean sour pork smothered in its sauce was just too much. When I tried it, the taste tricked me into thinking it had a sweet taste but out of nowhere the sourness came and did an uppercut to my tongue. One of my friends couldn't even finish one. The only saving grace was the water with free refill. Also if you order soda for the price of $2.19 you dont get free refills. The almond chicken didnt taste like anything really, nothing to write a 5 star review about
When we were ""done"" we order a to go box. The waitress serving us demanded to know who didnt touch their bowl of sweet and sour chicken. My friend quietly raised his hand and took the fall. The look on the waitress face could have made a baby cry, no lie. It seemed like we were rushed to get out of there by the waitress, but it was also a good thing as we were never going to come back to pay for overpriced meals, for little portions of mediocre food.
There are plenty of other restaurants to try for a better price and meal around the area, so I advise you to AVOID this restaurant.

My husband and I ordered take out on August 3, 2008. We ordered the dinner special # 1 and #2 along with a side order of Barbeque Pork. We ate our dinner at around 6 pm. The food tastes ok nothing all that special about their cooking. In the middle of the night both my husband and I became violently ill. I do not recommend this restaurant. My husband and I had to take Monday, August 4th off of work due to our illness. I have not been this ill in a long time. No fun!

We ate here because they had a coupon in the Entertainment book. We arrived during lunchtime. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken while my husband ordered the daily special which consisted of almond chicken and barbecue pork with broccoli. We both liked our choices. One thing they didn't have, however, was egg flower soup. Our only choices were won ton soup or hot & sour soup to accompany our lunches. The chicken they used in the sweet & sour chicken dish was identical to the chicken they use in the almond chicken dish. It's basically just a big fried chicken patty, cut into pieces, then topped with the appropriate topping. Nothing here was spectacular. If you like basic Chinese food, then they have it.
