My wife and I travelled from Wisconsin to Phoenix for some spring training in March, having borrowed the truck and travel trailer from our daughter and son-in-law. Woke up at a motel in Tucumcari with a flat tire on the trailer. Managed to get to Jack's where we discovered all four tires were still original tires from 2008. We replaced the flat, and also the other 3 tires on the trailer. The crew showed us where the other tires were bad. We received great service from these friendly and helpful people and never did we feel like we were being misled about the condition of the tires. The price was less than expected, and in 90 minutes we were back onthe road. We immediately felt the difference that the four new tires made. These days it's not unusual to hear horror stories of breakdowns away from home. It's wonderful to know there are still people who are trustworthy. Thank you Jack's. The rest of the trip went great, except it ended too soon.

They are all very rude and inconsiderate. They have a pact going on with local police so they know they can rip people off and it is ok. Stay VERY VERY far away from the scum at this place. They take advantage of out of towners and WOMEN!

On our recent trip to Santa Fe our pickup broke down 12 miles outside of Tucumcari, NM. We were pulling a 5th wheel camper and towing our jeep. We unhooked the jeep and drove into town in search of a repair shop. Jack's not only brought a tow truck, they also sent another pickup with a 5th wheel and pulled our camper to the KOA Campground in town. Due to it being a holiday weekend we were told it would be Monday before they could get the parts needed. It was a helpless feeling to be broken down so far from home and at the mercy of strangers with "so-so" reviews, at best. But I will say I feel that they did their absolute best in finding the parts needed and getting us back on the road almost a full day sooner than we had feared. They also put our mind at ease by assuring us that the truck was "good to go" on to Santa Fe for our vacation. Spending 4.5 days in Tucumcari was NOT our intention, and spending $$$ on repairs wasn't fun, but I am truly thankful for these mechanics. They allowed us to continue our trip without worry. Thanks, again guys!

Rip Off! We blew a fifth wheel tire coming into town. We called to verify they had Firestone tires in our size. We got there not only did they not have a Firestone tire, they could not balance the tire! They charged us $244 for a brand we have never heard of!! The woman at the front desk said they are the cheapest in town. This is another lie.. it would have been $50 cheaper at Quality Tire across town. I guess we got the "out-of-towner" price.
