AVOID THIS LAB LIKE THE PLAGUE! My doctor ordered a blood test that requires me to stop taking prescribed medication for a week first. Obviously, I need that medication or it wouldn't be prescribed. This lab messed up the test TWICE. First, they didn't draw enough blood. Then, they used the wrong tube. As a result, they tripled the amount of time I have to be off much needed medication. They also tripled the amount of time needed for a diagnosis and appropriate treatment. For all I know, my condition may have worsened during that time. I've had to repeatedly take time off work. In my opinion, the employees at this lab are completely incompetent and need to be fired. I, for one, am taking my business to a competitor.

I arrived at the Lab at 3:50. When it was 4:55 I told the lady at the window that it has been an hour. this is too much wait. Instead of saying it will be more few minutes, she said in a rather aggressive way: Do you want your work order back? of course, I said: yes.I understand that there were people who made appointments. I expected her to say at my arrival that people with appointments have priority and that might cause a delay. Then it was up to me to stay or come some other time. I hope you can train these receptionist to be more tactful and consideratel

St Mary's location provides excellent patient care, administered with organized, professional and virtually painless, quality expertise.

Third time I have come by to so blood work based upon the hours of operation posted on website and third time it IS NOT open as stated. They close earlier than posted hours on the door. Attendants there are indifferent towards patients; no social skills. Moving my business to a different location and hope it's better.
