Josh and his family are extremely professional. We are very pleased with the finished product. Our fireplace went from drab to FAB in just 5 days. This is a tedious project which uses a wet saw to cut granite into rectangular pieces as well as custom shapes to fit your specific task. Josh also installs pavers and designs firepits and wall spaces using recycled granite. Now we can enjoy our living room!
We have had wonderful customers for over 100 years. Sorry this one had a bad experience. We have had lots of years in business and welcome all to come in to see us.
I wouldn't use these guys again if it was free. They assumed I wanted the sink installed on top instead of under mount. chopped a huge hole in my wall for a water line, then told me it was my problem and I'd have to get someone out to fix it. The owner Noe was rude, self entitled, and a general headache to deal with. Now I have to pay someone else to come fix his poor job.
If I could give half star I would. RUN! DO NOT WORK HERE! Bed bugs in the chairs. HORRIBLE management. Unfair and unethical.
Worst place to work ever! Run the other way, management team is unfair, unethical, and rude. They are cheating their Direct Energy Client out of thousands of dollars, management staff using drugs. Supervisors regularly bill non production minutes/hours as productive, so the client pays for APAC's system downtime. Supervisors not willing to follow this practice are summarily dismissed. The senior manager, Julia is rude and snobby, never even speaks to the reps as if they are below her, yet when she does speak, it is to suggest you exercise or eat healthy and she will be the first to term an agent she's never even gotten to know. Everyone knows that she only likes attractive people, and if your not one of the in-crowd, your not gonna work there long.
Customer service is great! My kitchen now looks amazing!
I do not recommend this place to purchase a Granite Memorial for your loved one at all. First off the man was not a good salesman at all. I think the business was passed on to him and he's gotten lazy and has forgotten he is dealing with grieving families. The whole experience with him was awkward. We knew exactly what we wanted and told him off the bat that the memorial would be for a baby. We wanted a single heart on a slab with two vases. I also told him it was very emotional for us to be doing this. I think that was a huge mistake. Did he see a grieving grandmother and mother walk through the door and think we'd be an easy sell? He wanted to charge us $5500.00 for a headstone that we purchased elsewhere for $2300.00. How do you justify that price difference? So if you are shopping for a memorial for your loved one, I hate to say it but you will have to shop around. Go online look at different memorials, look at the fonts and artwork. Do your homework. Have a few different styles as back up in case you cant afford the original one you wanted
