This car wash should be ashamed of itself. Have a look at what they consider "ART" while you hear the home values diminish. Have a look for yourself but DO NOT SPEND MONEY THERE. The artist is a punk and we can only hope that another punk tags over it forcing the city to compel the owner to paint over it.
Don't ever use this place I went to get my car washed and it took my five dollars and gave me no tokens I tried to call and the phone rings here there's nobody to give you your money back. Scott 4816184
I have been coming to this car wash for about 7 years, about a year ago I got a new car and a few weeks after I got it I had it washed here. A few days later I noticed one of the rims was damaged. I couldn't be sure that it was the car wash that did the damage or if it was there when I bought it and I didn't notice it. Now before I get my car washed there I check all of my rims prior to the wash for damage. Today 23 Mar 2016, I took my car there and one of your drivers hit the entry to the car wash pretty hard, hard enough to jerk the car to the right. After I was told my car was ready I immediately went to the left front tire and looked for damage. There were several markings on the rim and un-repairable damage. I talked to the manager on duty and he tried to give me some story about how what the driver hit was plastic and it would cause no damage. I immediately went back inside and cancelled my $49.99 unlimited car wash and will never go to this or any other Mister HotShines again.
A $60 wash & there is still dirt all over my vehicle in obvious places you'd expect to be clean like behind the wheels. Not to mention there is goopy s*** all over the interior of my car especially including places that you touch like the steering wheel in the door handle. I asked the guy to wipe it off my steering wheel and he even half-a**ed that. This "goop" looks like the same stuff the dealers use on car engines to make them look shiny, for one day, as it ends up just collecting tons of dirt.
For a quick drive thru exterior only wash it's hard to beat. $6 is not cheap for this k in nd of wash. But they have good high pressure equipment. They towel dry your vehicle. In and out in 5 minutes. Time is money.
5 of last 6 times I've been through something has failed to work. Brushes, out of wax, out of Rain X, non operating Spot Free Rinse, blowers not working. At $10.00 a pop and something is not working and the operator wont make it right tells all. Don't waste your money, competition is coming.
My mom went and got her car washed yesterday. She thought they were nice when they had the door open and ready for her to get in when they were finished. However when she got to her next destination she noticed the door handle was broken. It was not broken when she arrived at the car wash! So she returned to the car wash and told them what happened. They told her they were not responsible and would not be held accountable. Sadly, she had to proceed to the car dealership where it cost nearly $200 to fix! She will never go back this car wash again and I would suggest others not go there either. We understand that accidents sometimes happen, but they should have admitted they made a mistake.
They have been cleaning my 2 cars for the past few years. they are really good at it but i hope they can get me some discounts or something.
WOW! Amazing! NOT! Took my car in and it was horrific! There was nobody in front of me and they had the huge shaded area and they parked my car in the sun... Seriously? I was the ONLY Customer. They only wiped off my windows and left the rest untouched. Water spots all over. NEVER AGAIN! I will go out of my way to tell EVERYBODY i know about your business...
First experience, went for the full car wash, i.e., interior vacuum & exterior wash with hand dry. I was second in line, but over an hour later, no car. When I asked where my car was I was told that the cars that are just exterior take precedence. The owner/manager was rude and bullying. He told me I just had to wait my turn. Second time, I went for the exterior only to expedite the experience. But, then, they only dried the top half of the car. When I asked for the rest of the car to be dried, this same owner/manager said they wouldn't do the lower panels because it got their towels dirty. The man was angry and rude. Just go south on Oracle a couple of miles to Capin. They are nice and do a good job. They actually want you to be satisfied with their work. I like to support the neighborhood businesses, but this place is just poor quality and poor service, not to mention surly and rude.
