Don't ever order from here my order was 30 days late and not even a sinsere apology they kept pushing the delivery date behind with a new excuse they really do take advantage of people's busy schedule

Horrible place, I only like the fact that they offer you help, but the owner i swear discriminated because my physical appearence & because i browsed around and didn't by anything. very expensive by the way.
Wonderful customers service, they are so nice and do everything within a timely manner.They have a huge variety of stock, and do their best to make sure you get what you need or want. Need to order something without the cost of shipping or handling? They do it for you. The onwers are very nice, and help out in anyway they can in the most friendly manner. They even are kind to the most rude and disrespectful customers. I'll continue to come back here over any other place. Anyone that has voted one star on here I have personally seen just how horrible of customers they were. Don't let horrible people chase you away from a great store.
Horrible customer service. They have nothing in stock so you have to put in your order which they will inevitably screw up, you have to call to see if your stuff is in, they won't call you like they say. Then when you get there and the order is completely wrong, they do nothing to fix it. The owner hides in the back so every time you say something to the associate they have to run back and forth. Once I finally got the owner out, she was rude and didn't have any solutions to offer.. Except a gift card to the store which you would be a fool if you ever bought something from there again. Order your things online yourself, it's well worth it. Don't put yourself through hell for 3 weeks to finally get everything you ordered. Oh and I'm only selecting one star because it forces you to in order to submit this review...
The most terriable uniform shop around there is only a couple that service DOC and trust me they know it so they treat people like crap. I got married and needed to change my name I called to ask how much it would cost and they told me they don't stich anything that is not bought at the store. I told them that I bought it there like ten years ago and she then told me it would be double. go to Pima or the bowling alley at least they treat peolpe a lot better.
I don't like to write anything negative, especially when it's someone's business, but I keep thinking how much I wish someone else had written a warning and then I wouldn't have had to go through what I did, so hopefully this will help someone else. My daughter needed scrubs and so we got them from Srub-Bees, and when she found some bottoms somewhere else that fit better because they were not draw string, we decided to return the bottoms that we got at Scub-Bees. We were told we could do that within 30 days with no problem. The first time we tried to return them, the store had closed early and we drove 30 minutes for nothing. Then when we called next time to be sure they would be there, we were told that the only time we could return anything was in the morning when the owner was there. So the third time we went to return them, we went early and the owner was there. He was unbelievably rude and angry because he wanted us to do an exchange instead of a return. He told us that "That's why we have dressing rooms, so you know how they fit you before you leave the store". He literally YELLED at me as if I was some out of control kid who needed a disciplining lesson, and I was shocked to say the least. He charged a 10% restocking fee and then didn't give me back my tax, he only gave me the cost of the clothes themselves. I tried to tell him that the sales lady needed to tell me when I asked her about their return policy, that I could only come in the mornings and that there was a fee for returns, and he promptly interrupted me and told me that I was not listening to him as he ranted and raved about why he deserved to charged a fee for returns. I was obviously very frustrated, but I still remained calm and did not raise my voice, but then he told me that I was so pissed off at him that it didn't matter what he did I was going to be angry no matter what he did and that he couldn't win. I found that almost amusing since I had hardly had a chance to get a word in and he was the one going off in a fit of rude anger to me. In the end we went to Jeri's Uniforms and were very happy with the service. We even had to return a couple shirts, and they were very pleasant about it. Now that's how you get repeat business.
