Our motor stopped working and Dan from Pool Hawk came out the next morning. He explained everything about the motor, he told us the best thing for us is to buy the pump that is energy efficient, yes, it is more money, but you will save that on your electric bill and gave me a discount because he is on TEP rebate program. We could have gone the cheap route but now that he taught us what we needed to know, we signed up for a good pump that will save us money in the long run. Dan installed it the same day . The work that Dan did was outstanding, very meticulous and detailed, it was very precise. The area around my pump never looked that good, not even when it was built 8 years ago. The new pump is beautiful and quiet, Did I say quiet, oh my, it is so so quiet, I love my pool again! Thank you Pool Hawk!!!I would trust Dan and Pool Hawk in a heartbeat!

DO NOT use this pool service! Fagan Pool Service, the owner, completed unauthorized repairs on my pool. The repairs were unnecessary and he damaged my pool gauge in the process. Steve Fagan/Fagan Pool Service was contacted by me to inquire whether he could assess my pool for a pressure leak that day. He said he could come by the next day. I told him I was going to call other pool repair services to see if I could get someone out that day. When I found another pool service to come out, I contacted him to let him know I no longer needed him. After arriving home from work the next day, I found Mr. Fagan in my backyard already completing repairs on my pool. He never let me know he was there, never contacted me with an assessment, and never asked for authorization for any repair work. He replaced piping that is unnecessary and that will have to be replaced once again. The new piping that he installed does not even allow me to drain my pool any longer if it overflows or if needed (it may also be against home pool code). If it overflows due to monsoons, the water will literally run into my house. While making these unnecessary repairs, he also broke my pool gauge by placing it on the ground and stepping on it. He vocally said he was responsible for it and claimed he would replace it for free. I never authorized Mr. Fagan or Fagan Pools to complete any work on my pool and I am completely unsatisfied with his business ethics. I told him that I was going to hire another repair service to fix the problems he created as well as fix my pool. I asked Mr. Fagan to pay me what I will be charged by the other repair service to fix the damage Mr. Fagan has done to my pool. Mr. Fagan responded by telling me that my broken pool is my problem and not his. He refuses to fix the problems with my pool he himself created. He also claimed he never received my message telling him I no longer needed him...funny though...he received all of my other messages!
Any other ratings you may see about this business were made quite some time ago when the original owner ran the business himself. Now he has expanded and hired another pool cleaner. Soon after the quality of service went down hill. Go ahead and give them a try but as soon as you run into problems you will be left on your own. If a "lick and a promise" is all you need they might be for you. If you want someone to be there when you have a problem you better look elsewhere.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I ordered a pool pump from them and I was told they had it in stock. I was directed to place an order online for my initial order (and my last order). Tried calling back after and I was unable to speak with anyone nor did I receive a return phone call. Tuesday I called several times, left emails, and checked the status of the order frequently throughout the day. NO RESPONSES, nor had the pump shipped. Today, wednesday; I placed 3 phone calls to Aqua man, left voice mails, sent 2 emails and finally called and left 2 voice mails and an email cancelling the order. NOW THE ORDER STATUS SHOWS AS BEING SHIPPED!! However, Fedex has only received the shipping info......not the package. It's been 6 hours since I made those phone calls and sent the email. I sent the email and phone calls cancelling at noon eastern time.IF YOU WANT A COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, AQUA MAN IS IT!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ONLINE!!!
Worst Pool service you could get. Never spent more then a few minutes cleaning the pool if that's what you call it. Had algae growing around the pool that was never cleaned. Also had bugs by the hundreds swimming around. Nothing but attitude if you try and ask them a question about anything. Give this company a try and you will regret it.
From start to finish, TMC displayed excellence in both integrity and customer service. They are not only efficient in getting the job completed in a timely manner, but also they clean up after themselves, of which I am very grateful. Also, the price was very fair, especially considering their end result, a beautiful pool and deck.
