        VisionQuest has been operational for more than 35 years and maintains a location in Elfrida, Ariz. It is an employee-owned comprehensive national youth services organization that provides intervention services to at-risk youths and families. The organization supports a variety of residential and community-based programs for troubled youths and adolescents. VisionQuest works with young people who pose challenges for their families, schools and communities, as well as adolescents who defy parental rules, engage in risky behaviors, exhibit significant mental health problems and have committed delinquent acts. It organizes various treatment programs for boys and girls, short-term intensive programs and functional family therapies. The organization also operates several community group homes and shelter care and diagnostic centers.
