These folks are the best. Scrupulously honest. I have gone there convinced that I needed some work only to have them tell me all was well.

On one necessary repair they were almost $400.00 less expensive than the dealership and used parts they bought at the dealership. All of the work I have had done has been done on time and on budget. Never over the estimate.

I was referred to them by my brother and have referred dozens of my friends over the years. You can't go wrong at Vince's.

By the way. They have the nicest man who will drop you off while they are working on the car and pick you up when it is done.

Go there. You won't be disappointed.

Overall

I had my engine mount replaced by them on November 13th,2014 I was quoted a price of $560.00 on November 11th, 2014. When I took my car in to have the mount replaced. I received a phone call from "Bob" to tell me they needed an additional $100. for "better quality mounts. What was I gonna say? They already had my car and I said OK.

After paying $672.00, the vibration was still there and I was told that they (the mounts) "had to break in" but the vibration never really went away and just assumed (I know, when you assume...............) there was something else wrong.

I have a Mitsubishi and there is NO Mitsubishi dealer in Tucson, I have to have my car towed 120 miles to Big Two Mitsubishi in Mesa Az. for other work and I told them to please check out "this vibration problem" that's been ongoing. I was SHOCKED when the Mitsubishi Dealership tole me ALL 4 engine mounts were broken. This was just 4,000 miles and 7 months after the Vince's repair. I was told they could have used counterfeit parts, salvaged parts or they just never did the repair.

I will be going to Vince's tomorrow, Sept. 18, 2015. demanding a full refund of $672.00 or I will turn that into, over $7,000 - $10,000 worth of litigation to defend themselves. I'm demanding a FULL refund because I DO NOT trust them with "the right time of day" Using counterfeit or salvaged parts is VERY serious violation of basic automotive standards. Not to mention the legal liability if I'm involved in an accident in any way...................
