I really liked the owner, he went out of his way to help you out and keep you updated. The pickup went very smoothly. But then the driver ran into a hiccup with another car on the carrier and did not let me know about that. So the car arrived next afternoon in the revised time window. Overall, it was a good car shipping experience with Tucson Car Shipping.

The quote they gave was extremely fair. The guys I spoke with were very professional and helpful. It was a little frustrating though when I was called about a day before the driver was about to arrive and said that I needed to meet them in a large parking lot behind a grocery store where they can unload the car. Everything else was good.

I shipped my car by this company twice. Both times they shipped my car professionally. as of my third shipping I wasn't satisfied enough. driver didn't work well, he didn't call me to set the pick up time and shows up when I wasn't at home. So, I had to come back from where I was in order to release my car to him. if I could I will postpone the pick up date. However It has been pickup up safely and delivered in a day delay.

Hired this car shipping company for transportation of my car from Eugene to Tucson. everything went through except the delivery time. I was promised by their customer service that the delivery won't be more than 5 days. Instead, the driver dropped my car off in 2 days delay and when I asked the reason he told me that his truck faced with mechanical problem during transportation so, he couldn't delivered my car on timely manner.

I was relocated from tucson to everett so called this company to get a quote for transportation of my 2015 nssan altima. I wasn't aware about the movement procedure at all! but after talking to their customer service I clearly understood the process and ask my rep to book my order to get my car picked up soon. the pick up schedule was planed for march 1st. Long story short, I've got a call from my driver jimmy and my car got picked up on its schedule. everything went smoothly except the delivery! unfortunately he has delivered my car in two days delay and the car was a little be dusty when I received it.

i have to say that I was a little skeptical about setting up this project with online company. But Elena sounded very professional on the phone, she scheduled the pickup and delivery according to my timeframe. Pickup took a bit longer than expected but still got a good deal, and the whole process took 5 days, 2 days for finding a carrier and 3 days for the actual delivery. Her price was the best, i paid the deposit and ball was rolling. everything worked out fine. Thanks a lot Elena. i would highly recommend Elena. Call and ask for her, she will def take care of your car. Thanks to my driver Vic as well. He was so nice and careful in loading and unloading my car. He let me know about the issue truck had, and asked for my permission to drive my car to my house, of course i agreed, he drove to my front door. hope other car owners will get their cars on time and undamaged.
