        Overall

        Very professional. Staff calls me by name. Knowledge in their craft and helps me choose the best service and helps me save money. Just live how they make ny life so much easier. Great hours great communication text messages and convenience. Love this place.

        Shaffers dry cleaners are thieves.

        This is the second time higher-end clothes (Eileen Fisher sweaters) have gone "missing" from Shaffers. It appears to be a scam - I had to argue with the clerk when I dropped the clothes off just to get a receipt for the number of items I was dropping off. I'm missing two brand new sweaters - almost $500 to replace them! Now I have to argue with the owners to try to get reimbursed. Last time it was a pair of Eileen Fisher pants. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!
