Beautiful blinds but...

We ordered faux wood blinds for all our windows and vertical blinds for our sliding glass door. The blinds are beautiful and the installer did a great job. However, the returns for the vertical blinds were missing, so we have rubber bands around the ends of the valance to keep it in place. We have heard nothing from the installer OR Penneys in the past week and a half about when we would get these pieces. I have talked to our decorator twice now, and have felt like I'm being brushed off as bothersome. Since we paid almost $3000 for these blinds and installation, I don't think I'm being too annoying by asking that I get the pieces that belong with the blinds and not a couple of rubber bands. I could even be patient about waiting if someone bothered to call me and update me as to what is going on.... doesn't look like that is going to happen. You'd think in this economy they'd treat their customers a little better..........

So, the product is good, but followup customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
