HORRIBLE people Gary and Maria are rude as Lori has said, when talking to them they always have an attitude and don't know how to handle anything right, they have tried to give me overcharges and didn't even give me a notice, they tried to have me pay right away or they would kick me out. THEY SUCK don't ever go to them. Ive told them the cooler is not working right it doesn't blow any air out and all they say is it is working right and wont fix it. id give them a -100 they don't care about you or anything but their money, they are very unprofessional.

WORST real estate company to rent from! Both Gary, the owner, as well as his assistant Maria, have extreme attitudes while talking to you on the phone. If you politely ask for a maintenance request for something important, Maria will say she'll take care of it, but never does! I have asked 3 different maintenance requests in the year I have been renting from them, never have been accomodated, and always had to be taken care of myself with my own money. Even my neighbor who also rents from them, has complained of the same. We are both very polite people.



And heaven forbid you call them a second time a few days later, politely asking about the maintenace request, or Mariah will give you attitude, as if you are "bothering" her, even if the request is important, such as your toilet not flushing, or hot water not running, or heater not working in the winter time when you have a small child who gets the flu from freezing every night for a week straight. And don't even try letting Gary know about Mariah's lack of work... or you'll get attitude from him too, with his voice raised in a VERY frustrated tone, when you were nothing but polite, saying "CONTACT MARIA I DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THAT!!!"... even though you politely explained you have talked to Maria 3 different times, and it has been over 2 weeks and still nothing has been taken care of.



It's ridiculous how LAZY and RUDE this company is. Even my brother called them asking if they had any listings available by a certain side of town, and Gary was extremely cocky and rude to him. He acts as though he is God.



And heaven forbid you are ever 1 or 2 days late on rent, and you call to let him know, or he'll be extremely rude to you on the phone, even if you're not usually late! He treats everyone as if they're low lives. Probably because all of his properties are on bad sides of town. He is cheap and won't fix anything.



Do NOT rent from them!
