I am surprised to read these reviews, I rented from Prestige for 3 years and I never had any issues with them. I also received my deposit back when I moved out, i bought a house but if I ever need to rent in the future I would rent from them again.

I rented property at 219 E Kin...

I rented property at 219 E King Rd from Prestige Property Management on the 21st of March 2012. On October 9 2012 I received a letter from them stating the landlord had decided to sell the property and had agreed to release me from the rental agreement early with no penalties if I decided to vacate the property early. They asked me to let them know when I decide to vacate the premises so they can tell the property owner. I did recieve my deposit back from Prestige Property. They have claimed that this was a misunderstanding and lack of communication. I am satisfied with the return of my deposit.

Started renting my home with them in 2007, and they have not let it hit the open market! 1 renter for 5 years, and they have kept the place clean. My home hasn't been trashed, and rent comes in every month. Thank god for Prestige.

They are rip offs

I would not tell anybody to rent from, first complaint is that do a walk though every 3 months weather you are home of not. Well we are 54 years old and know how to keep a house clean. I cleaned the house for hours after we moved out, the only thing it needed was the carpet cleaned and we knew that. Well they kept almost all our deposit . $400 for paint, the place didn't need painting and i cleaned the walls. Plus there was paint there. 2nd $190 for blinds that were not broke, come on 2 sets. I wanted the blinds but of course they won't give them to you. My husband raked the back yard and has kept the tree out front cut, and they want $200 to do what we did. Don't rent from this company you will writing this as we are. They are rip offs.

Doesn't even deserve one star! This company is garbage!

Take the advice of the other people online and stay far away from this company. You will never get your deposit back and while you are living in their properties you will be charged for anything they can possibly put on you. They claim they will speak to a manager who you will never get access to or any support from. This company is the lowest of low. Stay far far away from them.

Don't even think about it.

No matter how desperately you may need a property manager, you don't need one bad enough to hire Prestige.

My experiences are similar: unnecessary charges, lack of care for my property, etc, etc. I live out of town and can't check up on the house, but would have gotten rid of them long ago if I'd been able to stop by once in a while. The number of issues they ignored until they because crises is frightful. The tenants were going to move out (great tenants - don't know Prestige managed to get them, especially after 6 months of the house being empty), until I told them I was firing Prestige and will now manage on my own. Now the tenants are happy and so am I. $7000 worth of catch-up repairs that should have been done in the past two years is well worth the price of being free.

I agree with all the other reviews, they not only charge fees that they can not prove... they sent landscapers out after you call and tell them not to and the landscapers stayed at my house 30 min but charged for 4 hours of work and gong to the dump yard. False! I spent 3 months gonig back and forth which was a huge waste of time because the property managment company is just as crooked as the landscapers they hired. They also let themselves in without knocking before the scheduled time they are supposed to when dong home inspections, I almost got caught in the shower once.

I have no idea...I don't remember anything about them and have never known them, nor have I conducted business with them... Not sure if someone hacked my account, but I have not had any dealings with this company...To my knowledge they are honorable and as good as any company in town. Apparently someone posted an unflattering comment on here 3 years ago, I don't remember doing so, and if my account was used apologize. Call them and see what they offer!

I cannot express enough how BAD this company's integrity is. They are not honest and make their money off of making up things to charge the tenant for. I have experienced this, but luckily for me I have always won because I fight when I know I am right, but I have to constantly lookup arizona landlord/tenant laws when I talk to them, They have lied and contridicted themselves so much that I don't beileve one word they say! The staff is a bunch of young, uneducated and unprofessional girls. When you walk into a place and everyone looks like strippers, that should have been my first clue. I have experienced billing issues, them not fixing stuff in a timely manner and some things not even at all. Living in one of their rentals will be something I will never forget and am warning all people who are considering them for property management of any sort whether you are a landlord or a tenant, DON'T DO IT. Read all their reviews on Yahoo, Google, Dex and the Better Business Bureau Website. I had to fight them about my deposit once I moved out because they tried charging me an unreasonable amount of damages which were all made up. I didn't let them do this to me. I disputed it with a 3 page letter, pictures, letters from old landlords stating I never damaged or trashed anything and I got full deposits back from every other rental. I also had witnesses to things they did and the condition of my house. And they gave me my full deposit back because it was all wrong and false. They need to be investigated by the news so the public can be warned. WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY hands down!
