Overhead; Door Company Of Tucson

When my old drunk of a roommate bent my garage door, I went looking to replace it. I found what I thought was a good company at Overhead Door. They are a local company and I figured that I would get good service. The owner came out looked at the door and gave me a deal of $1,200 to totally replace the door. The deal was that parts from my old door would go to a 3rd party and I would get a discount for it.I had to come up with over half of the money saved up and they agreed to take 50% and installments.
THAT WAS 45 DAYS AGO.
First, they ordered the wrong door. I had to wait a week, Next, they told me that the 3rd party could not schedule their end of the repair - ANOTHER WEEK.
Then yesterday they call me and tell me that the 3rd party AGAIN has to postpone because of an "Emergency trip to Florida". I told the General Manager that I wanted it done this week or I was walking away.
Just got a call from them and they are walking away from the deal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Down to the smallest detail all was taken care of - excellent work.
