Marshall Home for Men

The EEOC filed a complaint against Marshall for Men approx 6/2008 for Sexual Harassment and Retalitory Termination. The EEOC has ruled in FAVOR of the EMPLOYEE. EEOC finding states that the Director, Joe Cimino failed to "Profide a safe work environment and failed to respond to complaints from the employee, or to correct the situation, in fact he disciplined the employee and eventually terminated her in retaliation of her complaints. As of Aug. 2009 the case is in negotiations or a Civil Complaint will be filled.
