Well you have three choices: Fried, fried or FRIED!!!!
It reminds me of one of those cliche restaurants people go to in the movies in the middle of nowhere in the country . There is absolutely NO place to eat. Unless you don't mind sitting on desks that seemingly were ripped off from a local high school. I'm serious. I felt like I was going to take a math test while waiting for my food.
I think the only thing lucky about that place is the fact that it hasn't caved in during business hours. Everything is deep fried, and they use poker chips to take your number. When I got my food, I felt I had to wring out my fried fish before eating it. Almost like a towel to get all the grease out of it.
This is truly falls under the category of ""needed to be seen to believed"". Especially if you are from out of town, and especially a big city. Oh, they also have gizzards on the menu! YEE-HAW!!!

Quick and easy dining for one or the entire family. My entire family has used this establishment since 1957. A simple phone call ahead, assures your order will be waiting for you when you arrive. I have never had a bad meal from lucky wishbone. Good dependable food and service is all I have ever gotton from this Tucson Icon. I've been gone from Tucson for many years. Tucson has undergone a tremendous amount of changes. It was a delite to see one thing that hasn't changed, The Lucky Wishbone. Even their menu hasn't changed. You don't have to settle for a Burger and fries, Chicken and seafood are readily available to be taken home for a family meal. So give mom a break, and make a quick trip to a Lucky Wishbone of your choice. There a lot move locations now to better serve you. That is the only change I can see, and it is a possitive one.
