Overall
Professionalism

"Grandma" and her daughter kept property that belonged to my sister. even after repeated attempts to have it returned. I was sure it was just a mix up, but after 2 months and 7 attempts by phone (long distance) to get the items returned by mail I gave up. At one point the daughter agreed to send the package out the next day and I told her I'd be happy to reimburse for the cost. Here's the thing: If you can't trust these people to complete a simple task....how can you trust them to care for your loved ones?

Overall

well needless to say iam very disappointed with the care my grandfather with dementia received at this place referred to me by adult protective services....... My grandfather came to this with place with all his meds and with his meds for his UTI all of which were NEVER given to him. Luckily I could sense that this place was trouble and moved him out the first month in that time they lied to me about his care and how they treated him. This place abuses seniors and needs to be shut down for the safety of seniors in our community.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS THEN YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE FOR SENIOR PLACEMENT. HERE IS YOUR ANSWER KEEP YOUR PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS SAFE BY SAYING NO TO GRANDMAS ANGELS.
