I highly recommend taking your car to Flash Automotive because I believe you should only trust your car to someone who knows what they are doing and understands what their customer's are going through. My daughter recently had a wheel come off her car while she was driving it. This was due to some work done on the car from someone we didn't know that well. They apparently tightened the lugs too tight on the front wheels causing this horrible situation. Bill looked over her car and took care of the situation right away. Two days later my own car had problems. I took it to an automotive place to get it checked and decided I wouldn't do anything until I had Bill look at it. Once Bill took a look and gave me his recomendations I decided Flash was going to be our shop, permanently. You wouldn?t trust your healthcare with a third rate doctor, so don?t trust your car with a third rate mechanic. Take it to Flash Automotive and get the best automotive care in Tucson!

5 Stars is all this site will let me give but I give these people as many stars as there are in the universe. Never have had a mechanic explain a problem on my car the way flash did. I am a very inquisitive person and require complete explanations of things I do not fully understand. All of my questions answered and I was given an estimate to repair and authorized the repair based on the estimate. I came back at the end of the day and I paid exactly as I was quoted earlier. There were no additional costs, I wouldn't say that was an estimate, it indeed was the true cost. Car runs great and I couldn't be happier.

Recently while driving home from work my engine warning light came on. That night I searched the web for an automotive repair service and came across the web site for Flash Automotive. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I called Becky at Flash and she was able to get me in within 30 minutes. After Bill checked out my car, he told me that the only problem was from my gas cap being too loose which allowed air in the system. Being a single woman who knows nothing about cars, he could have easily taken advantage of me but he didn't. This is the only automotive repair shop where I felt like the service was honest and I didn't have to fear being taken advantage of. A couple of days later, I received an email from Becky, just checking to see if everything was still going well with my car. I was so impressed by their service. I will NEVER go anywhere else again and I have told all my friends about this repair shop.
