        Best store in town for machines and services, classes. Employees are wonderful. A special nod to Mary the newest employee the oracle store and Katie who just returned two awesome workers who cannot do enough for your customers including coming to your home to help you with a problem and not accepting payment. Loyalty to your store and customers is unprecedented and I will never stop shopping at Cathy's even if my better half wishes I would!

        I took my vacuum that had two HEPA filters to have a cat toy removed and general cleaning. After speaking with the repair dept, the cost to keep the vacuum would be prohibitive and that I should purchase a bag vacuum again with the same suction ability. I am very pleased. I do not have the same dust flying around and the reconditioned Hoover Wind Tunnel has MORE suction than the bag-less one I left at their shop to use for parts and won't need new filters every 6mos. I don't dare get even my cat's tail near the machine and it's lighter weight which makes it maneuverable.

        I TOOK MY DYSON DC-17 VACUUM TO CATHEY'S SEW AND VACUUM FOR REPAIR.I RECIEVED EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE FROM THE CATHEY STAFF. THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT WITH MY REPAIRS.THANKS AGAIN CATHEY'S
