Looking for some ARE parts I was treated horribly at Tom's Camperland. I called Arizona Truck Outfitters where Dave went the extra mile to take care of me. It's nice to see customer service still exists!

Came from 2 hours away for a second time and saved over $200 ($150 the first time) compared to prices in Phx. See you in two years!

Provided by DexKnowsWe had a roll lock cover and a tailgate lock put on our 2011 Chevy Colorado back home in Calgary. On our way to Arizona we had problems with both due to poor installation. I took my truck in to Arizona Truck Outfitters to see if they could help us out. Boy did they. They fixed both problems and did not even charge us. What hospitality to Canadian visitors. We highly recommend this company and will surely pass the word to our Canadian and American friends. Thx Dave.

My camper shell was delayed at the factory because of the holiday, so Az Truck Outfitters let me use a shell from their stock for my trip.Upon returning from the trip, the shell I ordered was delivered and they exchanged them........never having charged me anything for the loaner or extra labor time! What a life saver, my luggage was dry as a bone through all the rain. Thank You.
I have taught seminars and written books on customer service spanning many years. Provided by SuperpagesVisiting relatives in Tucson and had many problems with a shell I bought in California. I was told that arizona truck outfitters was the place to go. I called and they squeezed me in their busy schedule that same day. They removed my shell completely, resealed it and changed out the wrong attachment hardware with correct clamps. I was ready to go in less than an hour and the best part of the whole experience was that they DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! They exchanged the wrong hardware with the correct hardware and considered it an even exchange and were kind enough not to charge any labor. It has been a long time since I had dealings with a company like arizona outfitters. Kudos to a great place to do business for your truck. Ron and Mary Encinas California
