Overall

This office is now located on N Oracle Rd. The address on Yelp is wrong.

I've been going for weekly shots for 6 months. Missing an hour or more of work each time.

Today it was raining and the road that I normally take to get to the office was closed off at a freeway off ramp to all east bound traffic thus causing a back up of heavy traffic at that point and the next nearest exit.

I knew that this delay could potentially make me less than 5 minutes late so I called the office to let them know I was on my way but might be there just after 5PM (when they shut down the computer and patient access to incoming patients needing their shots). I was told that they would close at five NO EXCEPTIONS even though doors are open until the last patient is done waiting 30 minutes to see if they have a reaction.

I continued my travel at unsafe speeds for even perfect weather (35 MPH OVER the posted speed limit on Oracle). I made it to the office just seconds before they shut down the log in computer (and it was 4:58 according to the clock on the monitor).

It is good to know that their 2 minutes of time is more valuable to them than a patient.

An exception could be made in a situation like this rather than forcing someone to lose an hour of pay and fuel to drive almost 20 miles to get to the office and have them remove access just as you walk in the door. What are the chances of that road being blocked & traffic being hugely backed up and the rain happening at the same time in the Desert? I would not have made it in time if I had not risked my safety and the safety of everyone else on the road. Perhaps there is an error in my logic, but

Don't go to this shot clinic unless you don't have to work or can take lots of time off to bow to their schedule.

No compassion here. Thanks for making me regret my decision to spend thousands of dollars to get allergy shots from you.
