I was Dr.Deebs patient back in 2010 and I almost nearly died because of him . I was having a flare up with ulcerative colitis and I told him I was losing weight, lots of bloody diarrhea and throwing up and he gave me prednisone and sent me home . I lost 30 pounds and he kept saying that I was ok . I saw him on 3 occasions during that specific flare up and not once he said that we need to do colonoscopy to see what's going on . He gave me steroids and told me I would be fine . Well my aunt who was with me at my last appt with him told me that we need to get another doctor because he didn't seem to care or knows what to do to help me . We scheduled another appt with a different Gi doctor who hospitalized me and did colonoscopy where they found out I had pancolitis and big infection of my large instearine and that if I didn't come to ER that day that I would have start losing the function of my kidneys or have a heart failure due to how much blood I lost during those 3 months of sickness . I could not walk or eat and barely talk and this DR. Den told me it was just a flare up . I hope he doesn't do this to anyone else . I didn't wanna sue him but I called his manager and explained what happen after I recovered and got my life back . It took me 6 months to recover . Please do not choose this doctor . He nearly killed me .

Adobe Gastro gave me terrible customer service! Clinic was disorganised, had extended wait in waiting room. Doctor never examined me, just scheduled a colonoscopy. Office screwed up prescription for pre meds then charged me $100 because they had to cancel procedure. I will never go there. Run from this clinic!

terrible customer service; phone calls not returned. Inexcusable, deliberate delay from Dr. Moussa in giving patient biopsy results.

Don't count on them responding...

Don't count on them responding to your pharmacy. I have had my Pharmacy request a RX renewal 3 times with no response. It took my having to call them directly and only then did they make any attempt to help. They claim to not have received any fax from my pharmacy.

I als have not been impressed with the doctors. They may well know what they're about but have no skill at communicating with patients. They never have time to explain things. A typical patient mill operation. I will finding a new doctor.
