5 stars all the way! I've found my 2 puppies' new vet! Amazing staff, doctor, service. very clean, very kind, very gentle. they even let me use the 'celebrity entrance' b/c my pup is a little crazy! VERY affordable, especially compared to the other vets around here. Extremely happy with ABC, and so is my baby girl. I'll be taking my baby boy there shortly. Also told my parents, and brothers. and will tell anybody that needs a good vet clinic. Thank you ALL soooo very much!!!!
I made an appointment for my dog yesterday morning. They told me to come in today. I get there and the receptionist basically tries to tell me that I am clueless and I never had an appointment. Maybe she's right. . . maybe I just love asking my husband to stay home from work to care for our disabled son so that I can drive 45 minutes one way up to a crappy vet hospital in the rain to be greeted by some ice queen receptionist and told I am clueless. Not likely. And then she asks if I'd like to schedule an appointment for a different day. Oh yes please. . . Because this experience went so well let's attempt to do it all over again. No thanks. My suggestion to anyone that has their heart on trying this place out. . . phone before you leave for your appointment, just to make sure you still have your appointment.
so torn. We got to Sissy's vet for our appt. the little waiting room had 6 other dogs and twice as many people waiting. We were on time. They said they were running late "only an hour behind" (but I was thinking more like 2, at least if they were gonna be thorough to all the people waiting) anyways. It was so late in day, I had left work early to get there and feel like if they were running so late they should have called people! I asked about the next day, they said they were "double booked all day long," whatever that means. I've had some red flags about this vet. While Sissy has been sick I called them several times and hadn't gotten call back or took days/week. There receptionist is kinda rude and not so friendly. I've also heard her and the others talking about people, am assuming patients parents.
They were recommended by my amazing aunt. However, I just called her and she's had second thoughts about them and wasn't feeling that comfortable anymore also "they are always running late and rush through things." I went on their yelp & google review. my eyes just welled up with tears....people have accused this place of KILLING their animals.
I don't want to put her health in the wrong hands. I hate to have to start over with everything and don't mean to be crazy but when it comes to Sissy, I am a little.
Does anyone in #tucson have a vet they are just madly in love with? I won't settle for average or people don't respect their patients families time!
First off, one of the receptionist is very rude and acts like she doesn't even like animals. Second, I was told I had to get something done for my dog before the surgery could be performed then was told by the doctor that I didn't have to get it done, they couldn't get the facts straight. Then was told how much my bill would be at pick up and was charged almost $150 more and didn't even receive a phone call letting me know before I picked up, was just surprised with the bill. Just not happy in general!

My healthy 2year old cat came down suddenly and severely ill. She wasn't a regular vet patron and I wasn't sure where to take her. I came across this clinic and I couldn't be happier. It was incredibly busy and the wait was quite long but it was worth it once they saw her. They discussed with me options and possibilities as well as a printed estimate before anything was done. Although not everything can be diagnosed with just one test, they did one at a time and then we talked afterwards about the next step. They didn't put her through agony and my wallet through a crisis and for that I'm grateful. Office visit, full blood analysis, penicillin shot, intravenous fluids, feline leukemia test AND antibiotics totaled $208.00. Compare that to those other guys! After 48 hours on antibiotics she was well on her way to recovery and back to her old self. The doctor was thorough and to the point but very nice. I was worried about my animal and they were very kind during the entire visit. The office is small but very clean and even smells good! I'd recommend this place to anyone. Did I mention they accept walk-ins and got me a same day appt? I know where I'll be going from now on.
